Staff, food & hotel excellent but would not stay again with a child - the staff were great but a large enough to make you feel uncomfortable handful of guests have an attitude that the hotel is 'adult only' especially in the pool. Children apparently should not be jumping in or splashing in the pool. OMG it's a pool - except to get wet!!!

Great hotel. Close but not too close to the late night bars.
Staff very friendly. Pool heated. Plenty of sun loungers. Great food, inexpensive drinks in the dining room. Philippines 10 connected to the hotel was great for entertainment and easily accessible from the dining room, with discounted drinks for guests. Highly recommended.

Great place. Would love to come back next year.
Not a criticism but would have been great if you provided pool towels. We didn't think to pack any. A towel station or a towel deposit would've been very helpful.

Repeat stay, excellent from arrival to leaving.
All staff so helpful.
Comfortable rooms, no neighbour noise.
Love the rooms facing The Arcos Hotel, great sitting there just people watching prior or returning from your night out.

Food fantastic, service greatand apart from noisy on the outer rooms on the street side(it is Benidorm) thought the hotel was great and highly recommended it to others!
