Medplaya Hotel Rio Park

Excelente hotel, mucha variedad en el buffet, está ubicado para ir a varios puntos de la ciudad, la atención del personal excelente, nosotros compramos excursiones en el hotel que es más práctico te ayudan en lo que necesitan, seguramente volveremos, recomendable 100%, las instalaciones están muy bien y por la noche el show estuvo súper, desde mi punto de vista un hotel de lujo en todos los aspectos

Todo bien, el buffet repetitivo

Our 3rd consecutive stay here, hopefully next year our 4th.It's in a quieter location but near beach, shops,cafes/pubs and the market.From a nearby bus stop you can get to and from the old town tho taxis are reasonably priced and it's not that far to walk.At breakfast and dinner there's a good choice of hot and cold dishes.Staff are very pleasant, rooms are an adequate size,comfy beds,big towels changed daily if you wanted,Dove toiletries,safe and air con that were easy to use, balcony with table and chairs.Always cleaning going on somewhere.People who say the hotel is dirty are so wrong.It's the holiday makers, mostly Brits,who have no respect,and are bringing up their children to be the same, flicking cigarette ash onto our balcony tho ash trays are in every room, paper towels on the floor next to the bin in the toilets,food, drink and cigarettes round and under the sunbeds by the pool where again there are plenty of bins then they complain about the seagulls!! To end on a positive note the day trip to Valencia is well worth doing.

It was a lovely hotel would defo return! Our child was taken ill (appendix) and had to go to hospital and they helped so much and nothing was too much trouble so good! Cleaners lovely workers amazing and hotel been done up to such an amazing standard loved it thank you

Just had another great holiday staying at the fantastic Rio park in Benidorm. This hotel is clean tidy with great food, Rooms, pools, staff all great. The wife and I just loved how relaxing the place is. Its location is great for the market, the local bakery or the beach. Check it out yourself it’s great value.

We stayed at the Rio Park for 10 nights and found the hotel to be very good. Although, on here there are some negative comments regarding the buffet restaurant, we found it good with a reasonable choice of freshly cooked produce. The highlight of this hotel is its staff. Friendly, helpful and courteous. The rooms are of and good standard and public areas are kept very clean. The only negative is not having enough lift space. You’ll spend a good part of your holiday waiting for a lift. Request a low floor and use the stairs. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Thank you Rio Park.

As a hotel we can't fault the room or staff . Excellent facilities throughout. Buffet style food is great quality , tasty ect we prefer self catering . Would recommend to others though . Bit strange how early pool closes though there is a fab games room .

This is my 6th visit to the Rio Park. Rooms are clean and spacious. Restaurant a good selection of tasty food. Furnishings are a bit dated in bar and lounge. One of our highlights was to be that the lounge adults only room. Now noisy families are allowed in after family bar is shut. It did spoil the remainder of the day every night.
