Min review is van een hele tijd geleden we logeerden niet bij julie maar op aanraden geluncht alles is van hoge kwaliteit dit is een top kok we hebben ook een rondleiding bij julie gehad kamers en uitzicht is fenomenaal aan de receptie super vriendelijk de service restaurant was zeer vriendelijk wat houd me dan tegen om bij julie te verblijven dat is het zeer kleine zwembad dat is spijtig het is maar een 2 meter op 2 denk ik ik zwem graag in de warmere maanden een must in benidorm spijtig want als hotel denk ik dat julie de absolute top in benidorm zijn zelf logeerden we in don poncho ook zeer goed maar niet te vergelijken

An Amazing hotel centred on high expectations from the staff to the beautiful room and spa area. 2nd trip and will be making another soon The hotel is in a quiet yet busy area of the old town with plentiful tapas bars and a minute walk to the beach

There isn’t much to say about this appalling hotel really . Rooms rubbish , breakfast overrated and just 4 sunbeds sums it all up . The roof terrace was covered with seagull droppings and the covered jacuzzi was filthy . Got moved from a box room when complained to a room with a balcony . Oh how we laughed . Had to sit sideways on balcony it was that narrow but sitting there exposed you to the seagulls dropping their mess on you . The walls were covered in it . When the 4 sunbeds were taken we were given towels to go sunbathe on the beach lol . Turn this dump into a seagull sanctuary and have done with it

Beautiful hotel for relaxing beach holiday. Superb front desk comminication and service! Unbelivable romantic place with picturesque view! Would like to sincerely thank all the hotel staff for making our holiday…just perfect!!!!!!!

Excellent service, fantastic breakfasts, extremely clean throughout and brilliant location with great views of the city and the sea. An all round great experience. I would definitely choose this hotel if I was to return to Benidorm Thoroughly recommended.

Outstanding stay from start to finish The cleanliness of the room and general hotel were faultless The staff couldn’t have been more helpful to make our stay comfortable and warming Air con in the rooms meant for a good nights sleep Amazing breakfast!

Excellent hotel. The views were breathtaking. The staff was so kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend this establishment if you are ever in Benidorm. I will definitely visit again. Wonderful service. Nothing is too much trouble. Spa visit was very enjoyable. Rooms were cleaned daily with new towels, fresh water and restock of complimentary tea and coffee. Excellent choices for breakfasts. Starts with danish pastries and croissants, selection of meats and cheeses, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast and fresh orange juice. This is followed by cereals and then a selection of cooked breakfasts. The sun deck and plunge pool on the roof are very relaxing.

Came here for the second time. First time was 5 years ago.Can only say that the service last time was great, this time is was fantastic! The staff are the biggest asset to this lovely hotel. We were celebrating my daughter’s and boyfriend’s birthday. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff. They make this beautiful hotel even more memorable! From reception to the restaurant, just great! The breakfast here is unbelievable! See you all again, you are all so deserving of a great review. On behalf of myself and family. Thankyou.xx
