Deuren van hotelkamers klappen erg hard dicht, lijkt alsof je een deur dicht gooit.

Hotel heel goed gelegen,ook heel lekker eten,maar de kamers /badkamer out of date,en niet proper,wij hadden kamer 612,aan de rand van het bad vol schimmel,na melding wel wat gepoetst,maar was nog niet veel beter.De bedsprei was heel vuil.wij hebben daar verbleven van 20/1/23 tot 2/2/23.

Onbeschofte kelner en kartonnen bekers in de bar beneden het was gelukkig maar een passage voor iets te drinken en eens rond te zien , gelukkig logeren we er niet, zeker geen aanrader voor te verblijven

dagelijks wisselend lekker buffet. van typische Engels tot Japanse gerechten Vriendelijk personeel , prima kamers en voorziening voor tijdsbesteding, zwembad, pingpongtafel en vermaak in de pianozaal.

Just back from a 4 night stay here and tbh I couldn't really fault it, after reading the reviews I was actually dreading it but from the minute we got there I really had nothing to moan about other than it being full and not being able to get a late checkout but that's no ones fault! The all inclusive offers breakfast, snack; lunch, snack, and dinner so there's plenty to choose from even if your fussy like me.. the bar is open from 10am-12am so plenty time to get the drinks in. There is also entertainment in the day for children as well as adults for e.g beer poor, aqua gym, kids club. & they offer entertainment at night up until about midnight so plenty to get the family involved. They don't open the pool till 10am so If you want a sunbed I suggest you get there as there's not a huge load of sunbeds for how many guests there is. The location of the hotel is great 7 minute walk to the outdoor Wednesday Market, 2 minutes from indoor Market, shop next door which opens till 3am, KFC across the road as well as various kebab shops and the beach is 8 minutes away by Mcdonalds and burger King. I'd definitely come back and stay for longer as there's so much to do I just didn't find the time to do it all. So don't believe everything you read so enjoy and get your own experience.

Got to say nice rooms clean and food excepable, but you are a number not a person the outdoor pool is tucked away in a corner not bih enough for the size of the hotel I paid a month's wagers to stay one week all inclusive and not stayed in the hotel at all as its like feeding time at the zoo very impersonal served with small plastic glasses wether you stay inside or out. There is a kettle in your room but you cannot get and cups or spoons from the hotel not allowed so make shure you bring yours from home or be prepared to go buy some like we did. On the all inclusive you get one free spa treatment however you try and book it always full just not acceptable at all. Unfortunately I will never stay here again just to big

May 2024 just returned from Dynastic rooms nice but not cleaned every day food under par meat sometimes not fully cooked some rude staff ! silly token rule at bar location good pool area small very small pool entertainment poor on arival only security guard on desk who could not speak word english !! definitely not 4 star more 3 and bit ruff ready that was our experience

Easy check in. No deposit taken. Got room 508 and for two people who are non smokers the smell of stale cigarettes hit you as soon as you walked in. We were tired so didn’t bother going to reception to change rooms. It was in the blinds and curtains and seeped into the wallpaper. We were only there wed to Sunday so just put up with it as was only a room to sleep in. Hotel we had breakfast it was usual English breakfast stuff and meats and cheese ect. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel for a family holiday unless you are on a super low budget. Pool area could do with a bit of a sproose up. Anyway had a fab time and would stay again but not in room 508 ha!

Arrive at the hotel to be told holiday company hadn't confirmed disabled room upgrade free of charge to supera suite own table in restaurants food outstanding couldn't be more helpful if they tried room spotless will definitely be back
