I cannot tell you how much I love this hotel.❤️ the staff have been so amazing. From the amazing manager, who has spent the day making sure the tables and everything is perfect. Our beautiful waitresses, the lovely cleaner working on Christmas Day. The fantastic cooks and wonderful bar staff. Our room is so clean and beautiful. You people need to come here. Thank you so much Riviera beach for the best Christmas ❤️❤️

We had a fantastic holiday. The food was delicious. Beds and room spot on with a friendly maid cleaning every day. Entertainment was good. We decided to have a game of bingo. My husband was lucky enough to win. We thought 10 euros was a bit mean considering it was 6 euros to play x 4 games 24 euros. The room was very full and seemed to be a lot of notes in the box. You have a choice on whether to play and just played the one night. This is just a small grumble on what was an absolutely wonderful holiday. we will definitely be returning .

Great:- Restaurant Rooms Terrace Music lounge Staff 4 star perfection, every single time. This hotel understands that great bar prices on their terrace = many happy and repeat customers. Best hotel in town. Having stayed here many times, Gabrielle and her wonderful staff excel. Always.

Just cannot fault this hotel, the rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday, the staff right across the whole hotel are really lovely, except for Alex who is a miserable guy, I appreciate he is under pressure doing his job, but lighten up mate you are lucky to have a job and you have the summer season to go. I notice the manageress continues to check everything and gives a hand when restaurant staff are under the pressure. The food is excellent and the entertainment is great. Highly recommend this place.

Stayed in April 24, having previously stayed in April 23. I Superb hotel that is immaculate clean, and maintained standards. The food is unbelievably good, with menus to suit all tastes, the front terrace area is a great sun trap, that serves drinks at more than reasonable prices. Location is perfect to visit all Benidorm has to offer . Very highly recommended

Came with daughters. Room was really comfortable. My husband and I had stayed previously and he had chosen it. Unfortunately he passed away some weeks earlier but we decided to continue with the holiday. The service was excellent from check in we felt really looked after and it was a real home from home. Alberto a fantastic ambassador for the hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily by the lovely maids and food was plentiful and expertly prepared by the chef and catering staff. We always loved the sun terrace where the bar staff serve drinks which are reasonably priced. Finally the Director whose attention to detail is second to none. One of my happiest memories is having my birthday celebrated here some years ago. Thank you Riviera.

Myself, my wife and my mother booked to go to this wonderful hotel and are currently still staying here. We've been nothing but impressed with all the staff and the hotel manager. Unfortunately prior to coming my father passed away so we travelled without him. We decided to still come and enjoy ourselves and the staff have been incredible during this hard time and dealt with the situation with the upmost of respect. Alberto on reception was exceptional. The food is really good and I've never witnessed such high levels of cleanliness. The presence of the hotel manager I'm also extremely impressed with asking how our stay is. One of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure to stay in so thank you! And thank you again to the staff they are fantastic. I'd 100 percent recommend!

Another superb, excellent stay at the Riviera. The friendly attitude of all the staff brilliant, this includes the reservation staff who forwarded a request to the reception at the hotel. The cleanliness of the of the hotel is to be congratulated as is the quality and presentation of the food. The ability to deal positively with a request for a high room was extra pleasing but the icing on the cake was the bottle of Cava and chocolates for my wife on her 72nd birthday. She was absolutely overjoyed and made her day extra special. We particularly like the location, it's ideal to go to the bars and clubs to see the many excellent quality acts but not too far to walk back and certainly not noisy at all. Our room overlooked Uncle Peds and never got disturbed. We will return.

This was our third stay and just when you think this hotel cannot get any better .. it continues to exceed our expectations.. We have just returned after a 6 night stay and everyone is just so friendly .. rooms cleaned to the highest standard and the reception. Restaurant and Terrace bar staff teams just go out of their way to make you feel special. Just Excellent on all counts .. Thank you
