Camping Florida

The manager/owner; Carlos, is the most friendly, kind, helpful Spanish man we have met in 50 years. He will do everything to make you happy, or, as he says himself: I want that you be happy. We booked a completely different caravan (according to the photo on the internet and we would never have booked this one) but it turned out to be occupied. The one we were allocated was much older and decrepit. According to the owner, there was an error with the photos. On arrival it was cold, it was raining and the power of only our mobile home was out. The technician could not come until after the weekend, so we were forced to leave for a nearby hotel. On Monday afternoon it was indeed repaired and the hotel costs were immediately reimbursed without any problems. Other minor issues were also rectified immediately. The beds were fine as well as the shower, toilet and a perfect wifi. The air conditioning worked well but is clearly in need of replacement or an intense cleaning. The pool is great and there is a restaurant. There are many old, dilapidated caravans on the otherwise beautiful grounds with palm trees. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance, flat terrain. You can't really expect more for price/quality.

Lots of barking dogs, especially at night. Manager very helpful. We hope to go again next year, cannot say more than that!

For the price, fantastic value. A rustic campsite with all the essentials. Fantastic service and support, everyone was smiling. Kids were permantently outdoors and playing with other children on the playground. 3 minute walk to the beach full of bars and services. Unbeatable value.

Trato pésimo , estábamos dando una vuelta mirando campings por Benicasim para ir algún fin de semana , hemos estado en todos para verlos y ningún problema , al contrario , super amables en todos sitios y a todos nos han dejado pasar a ver el camping por completo . Entramos en este en último lugar , eran las 13:40 . No había nadie en recepción , estaba cerrada , nos asomamos y no vemos a nadie . Estábamos echando un vistazo a los baños ( que daban asco de lo sucios y descuidados que estaban) y conforme salimos nos viene un "señor" que nos dice que que hacemos ahi , que no podemos entrar , le explicamos que queríamos echar un vistazo para ir con la caravana y de muy malas maneras nos dice que no se puede entrar al camping y mucho menos a los baños . Que si queremos saber algo que miremos el folleto ..... mal educado no , lo siguiente . Por supuesto no volveremos a pisar ese camping de mala muerte y de personal desagradable

Camping d'habitués avec peu de touristes. Le propriétaire ne parle ni anglais ni français. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car elle avait tourné (verte et donc en maintenance) Le mobil home était propre ( sauf la vaisselle) et ombragé mais vieillot. Et la literie de mauvaise qualité. Le propriétaire fait payer 1€ l'heure d'utilisation de la table de ping pong !!! Malgré tout bon séjour car bonne situation proche de la plage d'Héliopolis

Muy tranquilo y muy agradables, sin duda repetiremos

Excelentes paellas para llevar. Mucho mejores que en otros sitios que supuestamente son especialistas en arroces. Tienen además varios tipos de arroces para llevar y todos están buenos. Te la entregan a la hora acordada sin retrasos y es fácil aparcar.

El camping es pequeño pero muy confortable. Si bien me costó un poco que me cogieran el teléfono antes de llegar, luego se preocuparon mucho en facilitarme la llegada (yo llegué tardísimo) Tanto el responsable del camping como la persona de la cafetería son super amables. La mobil home estaba impecable. Quedé muy satisfecha y agradecida.

Calidad/precio genial, con cafeteria y piscina y personal muy amable.
