Great location relative to shopping and sites. Room and common areas were updated and nice. People were extremely courteous and responsive to the customers needs. 
Noticeable shortfalls: cable reception was fuzzy with some premium channels as HBO viewed in black-and-white. Went to breakfast at 9 AM and the serving dishes were a bit barren in content. Breakfast lasted till 10 AM so I was quite surprised the dishes were not adequately filled. Parking was limited and we had to park the vehicle quite a distance from the hotel.

For a rate of 10k/night there was no ref in the room, no outlets near the beds, no lamp shade. they only provided 1 extension cord plugged near the TV. The toilet smells like sewer. There were no complimentary tea since im not a coffee drinker. With it’s price I expected the facilities were great but turned out to be disappointing.

Big room, very clean and new, bathroom was big and clean as well. Staff very accommodating and quick to assist and provide all requests. Allowed us to bring bike into the room. Breakfast was great, lots of choices, only needs better coffee and less sugary drinks.

Such a cozy place. My kids loved it especially the view from our room and from the veranda. The breakfast buffet is superb. Will definitely choose this hotel again

Stayed at rm403. 2 Qn sized bed, Spacious room, nice bathroom but no tub, bathroom door cant be locked, not functioning. brkfast buffet is good, not much choices, fried egg, overcooked. Dimsums good though. Enough parking slots.

Need to request high floor with a view. Pluses are friendly staff and the room is relatively new and clean. Minuses are no phone in room. For foreigners without Viber app, difficult to request anything from front desk — need to go downstairs everytime. Very hard to catch a taxi since the location is a bit remote. House keeping didn’t clean our room. They did apologize and brought towels and amenities when we told them.

Pros: Room are clean, aircon are good (which I prefer), and , the bathroom are fabulous and, the service is also excellent!
Cons: Room lacks veranda to let the cool air comes in, the food needs to include more choices.
Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The room needs towel rack for hand towels in the bathroom and another towel rack for the bath towel.
The driver's quarters need to be better insulated.
