Hotel Selba d'Ansils

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in a suite with a terrace and hydromassage bath. The location is beautiful and very peaceful yet still within walking distance or a short drive from restaurants and shops. Our suite was impeccably clean and very comfortable. We liked that everything incl the towels and sheets were of very high quality and the whole building was very beautiful. Everything worked well and the owners as well as the staff were very kind and professional. Very highly recommended! We will definitely return to this beautiful hotel.

Gorgeous inn situated in the spectacular Benasque Valley, amongst the highest of the Pyrenees. It's a 20-minute walk into the village of Benasque and just 10 minutes in the opposite direction to the tiny hamlet of Ansils and its network of lovely hiking trails. Our nicely furnished, extremely comfortable ground floor suite featured a private terrace, hot tub, fireplace, and amazing views of surrounding fields, forests, and mountains. While Benasque has plenty of good restaurants, none could top the fantastic gourmet dinners prepared and served up by our wonderful hosts, Rafael and Piedad. As others have commented, they treated us as family friends and truly made us feel at home in every way. Other highlights of our three-night, four-day stay in Benasque included drives and walks through the Parque Natural de Posets-Maladeta and the Cerler ski area--all so beautiful. One new friend we met at the inn told us that he had been coming from Barcelona to this place about three times a year for the past 40 years. It's no wonder ... this place is magical!

Un hotel con mucho encanto en el que te encuentras como en casa. Cada habitación tiene su propia personalidad. Totalmente recomendables las 3 suites que le añaden un toque de privacidad, confort, luminosidad y bienestar a la estancia. Desayunos y cenas de diez con postres caseros espectaculares. Además se agradece el trato que le dan sus nuevos regentes. Gracias a Flor y Vio por esa pasión que le ponéis cada día y por saber mantener los estándares que fundaron con esfuerzo Rafa y Piedad. Volveremos sin duda.
