DoubleTree by Hilton Ben Guerir Hotel & Residences

So I’m going to be honest. I’ve stayed in many Hilton’s and this Hilton is by far the worst. This hotel is definitely not ready to be open, lack of staff on areas and a lot of things do not work. If you are looking for a nice relaxing vacation then this hotel will not be for you because one of the pools is out of use while the other pool is being used for an event. They do not inform you about these things also. Housekeeping do not come even when you press for them to clean your room. People who work here majority of them cannot speak any English. Limited options on the buffet. Outside pool bar does not work even though advertised. Also room service is advertised on the tv yet when you go to order they say they do not do room service. Key card always stops working so you get to your room and have to go all the way back to reception. Air con doesn’t work. The pool which is advertised on the website isn’t even owned by the hotel so you aren’t allowed to use it. This is very false advertising and I don’t think I can say anything positive about it. Also there is smell of sewage through the hotel .Some staff are polite mostly management.

Excellent hotel and particularly excellent staff! Professional, reliable and friendly all the way. Special thanks to Hanane in the restaurant! The only minus (but a real one) is the unavailability of the very large and nice swimming pool. The small one is available but not fit for swimming.

Had a fantastic experience. The hospitality was exceptional, with a warm and welcoming team that took great care of us. Everything about the hotel exuded high-class elegance, from the immaculate cleanliness to the impeccable organization. This hotel is the perfect venue for hosting conferences, providing a serene environment away from the hustle and bustle of tourist attractions, allowing guests to fully concentrate on their events. However, if you wish to explore, Marrakech is within reach and offers excellent touring opportunities.

Located next to the main poles of Benguerir city, staying at this hotel provides a comfortable experience and convenient accomodations. The service was impeccable. Great location. I highly recommend it if you want to go for a visit to this city.

Excellent stay in general on all aspects. I Have to mention that all the staff at the restaurant were so professional, abdellah the barista in particular was so patient and caring. Chainae as a room attendant was so kind and caring. Good luck

The pillows are truly the fluffiest and I enjoy the messages the room cleaners like Oulaya leave behind. Dina and her colleagues are also sweet hosts. Chami at the restaurant pays great attention to needs. Here, you will enjoy Benguerir like home.

Had a great staycation in Benguerir’s Hilton Hotel during my last business trip. The welcoming staff was absolutely nice and I will always remember Dina’s professionalism and warmth. She managed to address any of my concerns and welcomed me and all of my colleagues with high standards of professionalism, care and respect. Appreciated her skills and commitment. I do recommend Benguerir’s Hilton for its quality services but also for the incredible team dedication.

Excellent customer service. Great food. Lovely room service. Dina, Oumaima, Sara, Khaoula, Ismail, and Youssef at the reception were simply top-notch professionals and made our stay so special and memorable. It was like a home away from home. Will surely come again and recommend this place any day.
