close to the airport, my flight leaves. 7:00 a.m. and staying here was my best option.

I had a red eye flight and got In at 5am. When booking they said I’d need to rent the room for the previous night to stay. The hotel was not full being a Tuesday. So I rented the room. I requested a late checkout and was given only until noon! They have room rates at the desk that said $76 for a room and I paid 87 through the trip this app. I asked how much to stay untill 4. They wanted to charge me another day at the $87 room rate. I realize there are rules they need to follow. Customer service is extremely lacking. The maid knocked repeatedly at my door with the do not disturb sign on the door plain to see. So I was woken up 2 hours before I was due to checkout. Nothing was done for disturbing me and only after 4 hours of sleep. It was clean, grounds look nice but don’t expect any customer service. I am sitting on a bench in front of the property as my family cannot pick me up until 4. Did not use any amenities.

Ended up taking a taxi from the airport because we missed the shuttle by 5 minutes; couldn’t wait for the next because I had young kids and was late at night. The shuttle was the main. Perk for me choosing here so disappointed.

Great stay with shuttle from airport. The shuttle driver was wonderfully entertaining. Left to go on cruise next morning. Comfortable beds.Breakfast was good as well. Will definitely stay there for our next cruise.

Reception is very slow it took us 30 mins to check in they look more like a motel not a hotel and our ac stopped working all night

The room we booked was dirty and the workmanship terrible. Ants crawling around the bathroom. I slept in my clothes.
