O quarto não possui tomadas perto da cama, apenas uma tomada no quarto e estava escondida, a outra tomada ficava no banheiro, o WI-FI é péssimo no 11º andar, a água quente não funcionava com frequência, as atendentes da recepção não são tão simpáticas, não davam nem bom dia.

I had to book this hotel as an emergency. It was exactly as previous reviews. It needs cosmetic improvements mostly in bathrooms, not than clean, some mold in the shower but I felt safe I won’t recommend it.

Hotel com ótima localização, próximo de muitos locais turísticos, como a estação das docas, forte do presépio e mercado ver-o-peso. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Quarto espaçoso, roupa de cama e banho limpas e perfumadas. Café da manhã com boa variedade de itens. Recomendo.

O aparelho de ar condicionado do tipo de janela fazia muito barrulho nao deixando o ambiente confortável para dormir. No geral o hotel é bom e atende as necessidades.

Gosto muito desse hotel, sempre fico nele quando vou a Belém, melhoraram na estrutura e nos equipamentos do quarto, único contra é que tem pouquíssimas tomadas no quarto.
