Een fantastisch, rustgevend hotel met een hartstikke lief,zorgzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Eén van de beste hotels in Belek. Een zeer grote plek met vele mogelijkheden. We hebben als gezin (met 2 jonge kinderen) heel erg genoten van dit hotel. Vooral de mensen die onze huurauto kwamen ophalen van de parkeerplaats en naar de parkeerplek brachten (Recep, Cuneyt). Entertainment-team (Alperen, Lee Plexis) dat iedere keer vroeg hoe het met ons ging, gewoon fantastisch. Echt een aanrader om nog een keer daar naar toe te gaan. Ga hier naar toe, je zult ervan genieten!!!

Als één gezin geweest; ouders twee kinderen (3 en 1). Het meest voorkomende woord dat we in het hotel hebben gebruikt: "oplichters"! We begrijpen niet hoe dit hotel 5 * is, we hebben geen enkele extra's gezien. Nadat je zoveel geld hebt betaald voor All-in, vragen ze hier en daar nog dollars, zelfs voor simpele kinderspellen. De bedden zijn verschrikkelijk, hard vind ik niet erg, maar ze waren enorm hobbelig! Rugpijn gemeld bij de receptie, die nacht op de bank geslapen, herinnerden de receptie er 's ochtends weer aan, ‘s avonds nog steeds geen bed. Pas de derde keer dat ik belde, hebben ze het veranderd, maar moet ik dan zelf om enig compensatie vragen!? We vonden de receptie van begin tot eind erg ongeïnteresseerd. Ze bevelen de eigen rent-a-car service aan omdat die goedkoper zou zijn. Komen ze aan met 40-60 Dollar, terwijl taxi gewoon voor €15 brengt. Gasten zijn voor 99% Russisch en alles is op dat publiek gericht: personeel dat geen Turks of Engels spreekt, muziek alleen maar op hen gericht, het eten is niet slecht, maar we hebben nog nooit een opwindende smaak geproefd. Wat was wel goed? Nou ja, restaurant- en schoonmaak personeel was wel echt super vriendelijk! Maar goed, die zijn ook eens blij dat ze een niet-Rus tegenkomen! ;)

We had a great house keeper. Room was cleaned perfectly everyday. Sevda șimșek was very friendly and nice. Super clean hotel. We are very satisfied with hotel and staff.

The worst hotel i have been, service hotel wnd facility is the worst at antalya. Search for the other hotels, food service-rooms are the worst i have ever been. There is lots of hotels you pay and enjoy. Please do not stay here, as i am travelling i hope you know what i mean. Thanks

We were in the hotel as a family of three, recommend to visit, quiet large territory, fresh air, excellent large beach where you can spend time with children. From the advantages of the hotel large heated pool, beautiful garden of the hotel, friendly staff. There is not much space in the rooms, but the rooms are clean and new. The choice of food is good, but there is no children's restaurant as indicated in the advertisement. Special thanks to our hotel assistant Artem, he was in touch with us day and night, excellent asst. Also thanks to Molly from the kids club, she was very kind to us and my child loved her.

This is our first vacation in Turkey and it was a great first impression! The food was very good, especially the Turkish. The hotel staff is very polite, especially the reception and the guest relations girls (Alvina). Also thank our assistant Artem, he made our vacation comfortable and was always in touch with us. Also we were served by a lovely girl in the restaurant but I don't remember the name. It was a great experience and we will come again this summer!

it was hajnsj good experience . You will never boared in Pune with so many destinations for each weekends ranging within 60–75Km. Its really awesome during Mansoon (Just go for a long drive and trekking in Monsoon) 2＞ Awesome Night Life viz, clubs, Restaurants, Malls. 3＞ I think most safe city for women. 4＞ Beautiful weather throughout the year. 5＞ One can find all type of cuisine here.

I have stayed in Turkey many times but I had never been to Belek, it was great, not far from the airport. This hotel far exceeded my expectations from the start too. They have literally thought of everything here, The sun umbrellas are big enough to ensure you always get some shade if you want it, the pools are noisy or quiet you have a choice, there are numerous places to eat and all are great. I loved the food here. There is a tea shop where you can get pastries and ice cream, all included, the pool in front of this was where we ended up most afternoons, it was much quieter. We had a cabana for 2 days and were thoroughly spoilt by the guy who looked after us all day! It was BLISS ! The sea was beautiful, I spend a lot of time in it, just floating around. The evening entertainment was good and I loved laying on the sun loungers in the gardens watching it with a drink in hand, there was plenty of room for everyone, and that is why I say they have thought of everything. We never needed to go to the lobby again until check out where we found the lobby bar, it is VERY nice, good service and the drinks are lovely too. I would love to come back here to this hotel. Highly recommended. Not too many brits, which isn't a bad thing, and everyone was very respectful of each other. Thank you Pine Beach and your lovely staff.
