Beautiful new hotel and amazing location and a great beach. Very poor / non- existent management . Took over 4 hours to check in, room service is very very poor (asked for 2 towels and never got them, asked room to be refreshed and didn’t happen). No gym, no ATM, no spa, no gift shop, no airport shuttle, not even a shaving kit. Food is ok but very limited choices and almost the same every day and only one A La Carte restaurant in operation and one other grill that has a fixed menu of 3 options. Seems very poorly managed and even though staff are very polite and caring they lack training and oversight/ guidance. Somewhat disappointing as it’s been 6 months since they opened and these basic things should have been ironed out by now. Hopefully another 6 months and if management read the feedbacks things will start to improve. Will go to the Crane resort next time.
