We got poisoned from the terrible food during our 4 days stay, its very bad to see that happening in a 5 stars hotel or what it supposed to be…
The staff were friendly yet the hotel needs to be renovated..

A very established and respectable hotel.
The gym is second to none.
The lady in housekeeping was spectacular.
The F & B outlets are OK.
Views to the sea and to Beirut are amazing.
It is a bit out of Beirut, but highly recommendable

Amazing hotel, very royal, big and grand !
Excellent customer service, from the whole team from Lobby, restaurant staff, and room cleaners.
Loved the breakfast buffer options too.
I hotel hopped 6 different hotels, and this is in the top 2 of the 6 hotels I stayed at, for 3 nights.
Thank You for an amazing experience.

Unprofessional team are leading the room service At 9:30 pm a guy enter my room with no excuse or permission and his proof was to clean. Disappointing reaction was shown from my side, not even was able to see a manager from theire side. Shame on such business level Le Royal hotel is on it now.

I typically try to find pros and cons to write proper reviews. For our stay at Le Royal hotel Dbayeh-Lebanon, along with my husband for our honeymoon, I simply failed to find ANY hiccup! Service, cleanliness, location, professionalism, friendliness, welcome, value for money, view, room, amenities, you name it!! Let alone the romantic touch and additions we were surprised to see as soon as we stepped into our room! Can’t thank le Royal management and staff enough for the amazing and memorable honeymoon experience they secured we cherish for years to come! EPIC, ICONIC, MARVELOUS, and still unable to express enough!! Couldn’t have dreamt of more for such a special occasion! My husband and I sincerely thank you!! Keep up the AMAZING job you do! YOU ARE THE BEST AND BY FAR!! THANK YOU!!! ♥️

A friend and I stayed at the Le 'royale for 6 nights. it was my first trip to Beirut and have to admit had a little nervousness. Once checking to the hotel found it to be luxurious and convenient. The rooms very nice. the food in the hotel was great. One little thing was that some of the restaurants were closed. this should probably be changed on web site. However it was a great place to stay. the food was good. the staff so helpful and friendly. was made to feel totally at home. highly recommend this hotel

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect between Beirut and Jounieh. The room is spacious. The staff is professional. The breakfast is delicious. The sea view is stunning. The outdoor pool is beautiful. They even have an indoor pool if you are coming in winter.
