This hotel is very comfortable. The bed is plush and firm. The building was clean. The bathroom has a shower and tub. Television was suitable. The price is slightly high but average for the area. When I first tried do book, it was about 800 CNY so I went with a different hotel for cheaper. Then that hotel was not worth it so I came here. The price was better by getting there the same day versuses paying in advance so it was a great deal. I didn't see any of the Amenities or breakfast options since I only stayed overnight for an event in the area. I do recommend staying here. And I would stay here again!

I have been a regular at Ariva for last 10 years. It’s a 4 star property which you could easily mistake for 5 star, but that was before the pandemic. After the pandemic, their service quality had dropped significantly. We returned to China and had 5 pieces of big suitcase plus additional hand luggage. Guess what, we were told there is no person who can help us to carry the luggage to our rooms. After repeated reminder, one boy named Tommy who looked like a trainee helped to carry the luggage to the room. Same thing happened at checkout. The reception person was straight and honest “we don’t have a person available who can help you with the luggage”. I had to take 4 rounds to carry the luggage down by myself. And we are talking of a property which is rated as 4 star!! I felt sad, perhaps the hotel had a hard time during the pandemic and was still recovering from bad financial situation that they don’t have full service staff yet. The reception staff, all were trainees from colleges. In terms of facilities, its still a good place. They have swimming pool, gym, spa and every room I have stayed here is spacious and has a bathtub. I have always loved their Aviva center on 6th floor which has DIY kitchen and laundry area which helps if you are staying for long duration or are traveling with kids. I haven’t lost faith and hope Ariva will have its glory days once again.

My eyes were caught by a sudden price drop for 北京西苑飯店 so I booked it without any hesitation as it is rated as a five-star hotel. The hotel is a little farther from the subway station than I thought~400 meters. When I arrived I was told to ”walk around the compound” to my building. Well, it was another 400-meter walk. When I reach ”Building 6” I instantly realized why the deal was so good: dim lighting, no elevator, wide-open front door ( mosquitos are welcome!). The watchman was nice enough to offer to carry my luggage to the third floor. The first night restless: mosquito attacks! I complained to the front desk and the nice lady offered me an ”electric mosquito repelling incense”. The moral of the story? Watch out for the incredibly low price offers. The facility was part of the old government dormitories and no incentives to renovate them. The ”five-star” part was the later edition but they advertise the entire facility as ”five-star” so if you think you hit a jackpot, watch out!

This is the first time I have seen a hotel with armed police as security guards. Is there anything safer than this? Super suitable for girls to stay. Whether it is the environment or the service, there is nothing to say. The transportation is convenient. Line 4 is right outside the hotel. The price is very cost-effective compared to the environment and service. The biggest surprise of this trip to Beijing.

The overall environment of the hotel is so good, it feels like you have entered a forest park! The room is spacious and elegant, the bedding is clean and tidy, and the waiters are warm and polite, responsive to all requests! In particular, the two front desk staff who checked in were more attentive and warm. One was named Wang Aihua and the other was named Li Yapei. Like 👍 I will choose this hotel next time I come to Beijing.

The hotel is in a very good location, with a quiet environment and a sense of security. I booked a twin room and it was very comfortable. The room was large and the service at the front desk was very good. The concierge staff took the initiative to help move the luggage. They were very efficient and solved the problem quickly. , the security supervisor arranged the parking space, and the guest room Murong was proactive and enthusiastic, and also arranged for mineral water to be given. I was very satisfied.

The hotel is very close to the cancer hospital. If you are going to see a doctor, it is highly recommended. The price/performance ratio is still very high. If conditions permit, you can of course choose a better hotel. This room is really small in size and does not provide slippers and toiletries. The location of the hotel is very good. There are many bus lines nearby that can lead to all directions in Beijing. The hotel is very safe. You must swipe your room card to enter the floor.

The hotel is in a very good location of Beijing, in the neighborhood of Wudaokou. It was also one of the only places that accepts foreigners, however the staff does not speak much English. The rooms are pretty small if you are sharing with a friend, but the beds are comfortable and all the facilities were always clean. The Wi-Fi works perfectly as well. There is also tea, coffee, and snacks available at all times in the 1F.

This time I took my child to the North Medical Hospital and Sanyuan to see a doctor. Fortunately, I chose this place. It took 5 minutes to walk to the hospital. It greatly reduced the time and efficiency of the hospital. The room was clean. The surrounding residential area was very convenient. The landlord and the couple were also good. Seeing that we are foreigners, we are thoughtful in all aspects. I'm very satisfied, thank you.
