酒店住了兩天，非常不錯，大堂很寬敞，整體給人感覺非常清新，大堂休息區插得鮮花很好看哦，還有免費的飲品酸梅湯可以喝，good！房間乾淨整潔，前台小姐姐還給升級一下房間，體驗感很棒，客房衞生不錯，洗衣房很方便呀，還有烘乾機可以用，滿意！[強][強][玫瑰][玫瑰]

出差住過幾次，總體感覺很好，一些值得改進的細節：1.有足夠空餘房間的時候給我安排的是距離電梯最遠的最頂頭房間，經我要求後給換了房間；2.房間空調不能調温，前台説中央空調就是不能調，睡一晚很熱，第二天退房時的另一個前台卻説可以調温，但是馬上送了個小禮物表示歉意。希望以後注意細節。

第一次體驗朗麗茲中關村壹號永豐南地鐵站酒店，一進門就能聽見清脆的問好聲音，門口就是停車場，24小時免費的，非常方便，前台小葉小姐姐服務很好，大堂裝修風格是森系的，房間整體非常不錯，乾淨整潔，還有迷你吧枱，這是想不到的呢，有飲料喝，還有咖啡和茶包，房間的鏡子很棒，可以調節合適的亮度，化粧拍照用着非常方便，整體來説體驗感很好，附近有超市和餐館，出差旅遊可以優先選擇朗麗茲這家店哦，便捷，乾淨，服務棒！[強][玫瑰]

出行方便，地鐵站公交站都很近走路幾分鐘就到了。周邊環境很好，公司居多出差首選，服務態度不錯，房間整潔乾淨衞生，住得非常舒心。推薦入住

酒店環境不錯👍衞生乾淨整潔前台服務很好服務細節做的很到位，早餐豐富停車免費，有洗衣服很方便，交通便利，下次還會來住。

第一次住朗麗茲酒店，700多能住到一個3人家庭房是選擇它的原因，入住以後被貼心親切的服務和各方面的細節所打動。
1. 無論遇上誰，都有真誠且温暖的笑容和問候
2.大堂有茶桌和免費的茶具茶葉供客人等候或者臨時見客使用
3.每一層電梯出來都有自助工具台，可以自取耳塞，牙線，棉簽，創可貼，髮夾等物品
4.電梯需要刷卡，但是可以去不同樓層，這比固定樓層的卡可方便多了
5.機器人配送（當然，現在應該基本每個酒店都用機器人送物了）
6.AI總枱，打電話直接是AI接的，跟他説送什麼都會給送，送多瓶水，送浴巾都不含糊。要知道某些酒店真的又貴又摳門，朗麗茲挺大方
7.房間有冰櫃，裏面有免費的飲料可以隨便喝，水吧枱也備了掛耳咖啡和不同口味的茶包
8.床上有羽絨枕和乳膠枕可供選擇，喜歡還可以買，這點有點像亞朵
9.一樓還有一些常用物品可以自助購買，很人性化

就這些吧
反正我住着覺得很舒適，以後有機會還會住朗麗茲。據説是宏昆會旗下的，不知道其他幾個品牌的酒店是否也這麼貼心。

酒店的大堂和房間都打掃得非常乾淨，整體是優雅的感覺，房間設施齊備，服務人員素質高，給人一種家的感覺，有要求都儘可能辦到。
