CitiGO Hotel, Sanlitun, Beijing

Het hotel opent in het zuidelijke district van Bojun in Taikoo Li Sanlitun. Het wordt geconfronteerd met Yaolai International. Het vervoer is handig. De indeling van de kamer is zeer goed. De matrassen en kussens zijn bijzonder comfortabel en zacht. Hielp me neem mijn bagage naar de kamer, en stuurde ook onze kindertoiletartikelen. De muziek in de lobby is erg mooi en vooral de eenvoudige en trendy designstijl is geliefd. Ook het grote tv-scherm kan worden geprojecteerd. Kortom, je kunt het ervaren!

Dit hotel! Het is echt comfortabel! ! ! De houding van de receptie is ook erg goed, erg enthousiast om me te helpen, en dit hotel is ook slim?

De locatie van het hotel is erg goed. Het is erg handig om een paar minuten naar Sanlitun Taikoo Li te lopen. De faciliteiten zijn erg nieuw en het ontwerp is creatief. De sleutel is de uitstekende servicehouding

My all favorite stop over hotel in Beijing. Near Sanlitun is all important places are walkable. Quit nice.

Modern room, high tech and comfortable bed. Near sanlitun shopping area. Highly recommended.

Had a good stay overall! Pros: really helpful staff (the receptionist even helped me take my luggage to the taxi after checking out, as I had a lot of stuff); no English but they can use a translating app easily; room size was as advertised; clean environment; a good base to explore the Sanlitun area; they'll store your luggage in the lobby if needed. Cons: only a few hangers in the room, so maybe more ideal for short stays/travellers with fewer clothes; my room's door latch was missing the chain (that said, the internal door lock worked okay); no restroom in the lobby or breakfast area, so if you need it after checking out you have to use nearby public toilets which aren't great. Overall: there are some minor things I would improve, but the service and cleanliness were excellent.

You get free laundry, equipped room, clean environment and friendly staff! Highly recommended specially for solo travelers

This was the second time we stayed at CITIGO Sanlitun and we were glad we booked it. My wife and I were staying for only one night. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and they went the extra mile to use a translation app to gap the language barrier. After a smooth registration we were good to go. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for the night, and for being dead center of one of the busiest locations in Beijing, the room was remarkably quite. The room was warm and cozy and the bathroom was very clean. The shower was really impressive and was greatly welcomed after a tiering day. Now for the CONs, The bed however was too soft and unfortunately I didn't had a comfortable night's sleep. The mattress was more of giant pillow than a mattress so it was very soft and didn't hold much shape so it wasn't the best option for getting a good night's sleep. Then also when I booked there was mention of a gift, in my case, wantons. It said in the app it will be available at the hotel during our stay, but alas it was never mentioned nor served. Lastly the breakfast. Well the spread was good compared to many other hotels we have stayed in. Lots of western and local options, however what was appealing to the sight was not however much appealing to the taste buds. The taste was quite bland and the bakery items like bread and croissants were quite cold and obviously a couple of days old. The sausages were not made if meat, but corn and pork dish was very salty. Apart from that we had a good stay, we were able to check out in minutes. It's a convenient hotel at a very convenient location with friendly staff and excellent facilities. Would be staying there again and highly recommend for anyone who's looking for a place to stay while visiting Beijing.
