The hotel manager and staff were very accommodating. The surroundings were very clean. It is a place to unwind and relax. We would definitely comeback.

週末帶孩子來玩，酒店天前一晚打電話，給升級了家庭房，還不錯。雙床房中間加了一個沙發床，敞開睡。但需要注意的一點是，之前想訂一個朝向北邊，能看山的大床房，但是所有的家庭房都在南北樓之間，都是東西朝向的，視野沒那麼好，這個應該告知下。有得有失吧。房間還可以，標準的五星酒店。酒店比較新，設施都還不錯，衞生也還可以。定的套餐裏含了吧嗒玩劇城和温泉，孩子玩的挺好，兩天不閑着。玩具城裡有一個孩子能參與的保衞長城情景演出，挺有創意的，不錯。還有VR和攀巖什麼的，玩2,3小時沒問題。需要注意的是，温泉時間是早10點到晚11點，吧嗒玩具城是下午1點到晚上8點，每個項目，當天無限次進入，但衹能選一天，週末兩天的話，得自己計算下時間。早餐水平還可以，符合五星的水平吧。需要注意套餐裏，孩子的早餐，超1.2米，要補一個半價64元。總體玩的不錯，給個好評。

每年都會來的温泉度假酒店，房間空間大、安靜，整潔，足夠兩個人在屋裡各幹各的哈哈哈。而且半夜要拖鞋什麼的，直接拿紙袋子裝了好多送到房間。温泉自不必説，總是選在工作日人少的時候特別舒服，汗蒸房濕蒸房也都開了，每次進去都要玩三四個小時回屋，但茶歇非常簡單可以忽略不計。
唯一還保留差評就是這個早飯的中式菜式真的少，一共一個葷菜一個素菜…而且麪包西點幾乎可以忽略，大超市論盒賣的那種質量水平，早餐一直都低於IHG平均水平。不過煎餅果子比以前好吃不少！

很好，酒店的節日氛圍很濃～我們是給爸爸過生日，提前打電話備註，酒店給進行了生日佈置和蛋糕～酒店的硬件條件不錯～很適合全家老小一起度假。軟件條件也很不錯，活動特別的多～特別感謝金鑰匙服務經理 楊建 。他很熱情的服務也貼心的為我們提示每一項設施的營業時間等等，孩子們做了很多手工，很開心，檸檬姐姐很可愛～

房間面積設施還不錯，帶個浴缸，就是空調最小風速也有風吹，很不舒服，還有就是晚上會有空調室外機的聲音，服用態度很好，會主動問好，最大的問題就是酒店房間和温泉之間沒有有專用通道，是兩座獨立的樓，這點太麻煩了，人多的時候洗澡都要排大隊，希望能改進一下

設施：酒店設施都很新，符合印象中的五星級酒店樣子
服務：前台楊謹成經理接待，看我們是一家三口，主動升級了房型，期間還囑咐一些遊玩事項，服務意識滿分～
因為經常來延慶泡酒店，目前感覺這裏性價比最高，晚餐真的很不錯，食物種類豐富，口味質量也是在線，服務員隨叫隨到，感覺很好～親子設施也多，酒店後院有一些簡單的遊藝設施，鞦韆什麼的，酒店內部有室內遊樂園，遊戲機和各種親子課程，停車場那邊有個大型的室內遊樂園玩劇城。
有點不好的體驗，在泳池那裡，主要是泳池水臟，水下能見度也就3米左右，混濁～

沐沄雙人温泉門票套餐:帶温泉，性價比高。
衞生和環境是在線的，沒什麼瑕疵。房間夠大夠寬敞，視野好。
服務到位，也不添堵，也不過分熱情。
設施，尤其是室外的蹦床，壞了這麼久不修，也是夠拖沓了。來點維修經費這麼難，怎麼也是親子酒店。

地理位置:在延慶一個度假村裡，我高鐵來的，延慶高鐵站下火車以後打網約車15元左右，10分鐘，交通還算方便。
服務:整體還不錯，前台入住有個小姐姐特別親切，笑容滿面。
房間配置:同價位算不錯的了，睡的舒服，浴缸在房間中間廁所外面，不在WC裏，想要是情侶泡挺有情調。
酒店配套温泉:感覺稍微差一點，也是週六晚上人太多了，因為男女混泡不能**，要準備泳衣，我沒準備。温泉設施感覺不算新，維護的一般，工作人員服務也不太好。
