比較乾淨整齊，也是附近相對比較好的住宿點。因為在村裡所以停車不是很方便

在京銀路上下營村裡，離我們要去的海坨山谷、古崖居、河官廳水庫懷來大橋沙灘都挺近的，離古崖居衹六七分鐘車程。導航很容易找到，進村口就有他們家的指示牌，還有專用停車場，能放七八輛車。老闆和老闆娘人很好，看我們有一家三口的，就給升級了一間大床房。床單都是新換的，可以看到換下來的床單洗過了正在後院裏晾曬。晚上儘管我們沒訂菜，從海坨山谷回來也挺晚的了，應我們要求又給做了一個炒洋白菜和疙瘩湯，我們自帶的黃瓜和西紅柿也用廚房裡的調料拌了拌。院裏的泳池很別緻，孩子在裡頭遊得很開心。儘管白天也熱，但晚上挺涼快，在室外遛彎兒很舒服。

房間明亮乾淨，衞生也不錯！老闆夫妻倆人很好，有什麼要求都儘量滿足，很滿意！老闆娘推薦的景點附近的餐館都很驚艷，很好吃！

環境特別好，乾淨 衞生 温馨 實惠 村裡從早到晚都很清凈，距離延慶各個景區都很方便，老闆還親自下廚做飯，簡直不要太全能

房間整體比較整潔，老闆非常熱心，去奧倫達解決入門問題。房間裏缺少熱水壺也幫忙及時送來。隔音不是太好，早上睡不了懶覺，樓道里熙熙攘攘的聲音都能聽見。10月份來，熱水器不夠熱，洗不了多久。

小院環境不錯，老闆勤勞而樸實，尤其是燒烤廚藝不錯。周邊有玉渡山、山頂咖啡、野鴨湖、官廳水庫，距離都不遠。

房間乾淨整潔，泳池雖不太大，但是也還可以，而且還真的能遊兩下，幾個孩子在裏面撲騰得無比歡樂，老闆實在又靠譜，有機會還會再來
