I arrived at 5.30pm and my room was not ready. I had to wait 1 more hour. The check-in for foreigners is annoying, way more papers to fill compare to other hotels.

這間酒店名義上是酒店，大床房526一晚，雙床房七百多一晚，入住房間後給人的感覺就是80年代的招待所，陰暗，狹窄，憋屈，設施老舊，房間內的面積小得可憐，床與桌子之間站個人都得側着身子，放地上的行李箱都沒有多餘的位置打開。這麼多年，高中低檔各種酒店都住過，這家酒店拉低我對差酒店的認知。要不是地理位置和服務員服務還不錯，一顆星我都懶得給。PS:大半夜馬桶堵過兩次，拉個粑粑都心有餘悸不敢酣暢淋漓
大家擦亮眼睛，看房間實拍和宣傳照騙對比。

位置非常便利，我來北京中醫醫院檢查對面就是，太方便了，前台小姐姐服務特別貼心，非常感謝，下次複查還會住在這裏，房間也很乾凈，真不錯。

這家店熱情周到，入住和離店都幫忙搬行李，還貼心的送了一袋小點心給孩子吃。房間佈局合理，有桌子有椅子，乾淨衞生，洗手間沒有異味，供應的暖氣不乾燥，信號好，離地鐵口也更近。
我們之前是住在旁邊的懿庭臻舍酒店，不滿意才轉到這家店的。懿庭臻舍衞生差，洗手間有異味，信號差，暖氣非常乾燥使人不舒服，離地鐵口遠，服務態度惡劣，拿靠枕充當睡枕給顧客使用導致顧客落枕沒有任何歉意還態度強硬，對要續住的顧客坐地起價，房間説是有20個平方卻連桌椅都沒有，看起來還不如這家店15~18個平方的面積看着大，卻比這邊貴兩百塊。試問懿庭臻舍這樣的服務這樣的房間，哪來的自信要那麼高的價格？

酒店地理位置特別好，附近就有地鐵站，離景點都很近，去天安門故宮雍和宮南鑼鼓巷都可以騎共享單車到，特別方便。酒店也很乾凈，晚上很安靜。前台和服務人員都特別熱情，下次來還會選擇這家！

小姐姐看到我帶長者，幫我升級了家庭房，很好很給力，房間乾淨整潔，離地鐵近，出門就有吃的，還有白魁老號飯莊，烤鴨還是不錯的

衞生：非常乾淨整潔舒適
服務：個人比較滿意，本來今天12點就要退房，由於我們下午5點的票，前台小姐姐幫我延遲到2點
設施：其它酒店標配，酒店除地暖外，有一個獨立空調適合南方來北京的旅客，酒店離地鐵非常近旁邊就是南鑼鼓巷YYDS
