預訂的25平標間，也許是服務人員看我們帶兩個小孩，給了一個含客廳、洗衣機、廚房冰箱和大陽台的套房，非常感謝。
如果不是因為4/5號有演唱會，奧體中心地鐵站關閉真想再續住2晚。

五一假期，領着長者孩子一起出行。是個套房，房間很寬敞，雖然設施陳舊了些。但很乾凈，服務人員也很熱情。交通非常便利，到哪裡都很方便。以後再來遊玩，還是會來這裏。

Love this hotel! Everything is rather dated but that adds to the charm of the place. We booked a business suite for five nights and it was like home away from home, but better because of a bathtub! There was a large living room with decent furniture and wardrobes, a small kitchen with oven, microwave, and fridge freezer, a washing machine tucked in a corner near the small but functional bathroom, and there was a large balcony with views to the adjacent compound. The bed was large and comfortable, we slept well. There was a faint hum of traffic from the nearby highway but not a problem. We stayed in 1102 which is on the east side of the building. Staff were friendly and everything was very clean, breakfast was simple Chinese food. We hired bicycles to travel the 10 minute journey to Jiandemen metro. If you want to feel like a foreign expert staying in Beijing two or three decades ago this is the place, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

酒店靠近鳥巢水立方，方便附近遊玩，房間面積較大，淋浴噴頭出水量很大，雖然靠近北四環，但房間很安靜，性價比較高。

房間設備老舊，地處大路邊上，春天灰塵稍大。背靠中科院家屬區。到奧體開會很方便。淋浴器有點小故障，跟服務員説了態度挺好的，馬上就給修好了。很客氣，首都風範。

這是我住過最差的酒店，從服務，衞生，設施到飲食！
服務方面：前台服務態度非常不好，特別是短髮年紀大的那個，她給我辦入住辦理了半個小時！因為訂錯時間，超時不能取消訂單，沒住卻要多收我一天房費，我説讓她把訂單改成當天的就好了，甚至可以加價按照酒店到店價給她跟想節省時間儘快休息，她要求我自行聯繫平台處理，跟她們酒店無關！從頭到尾沒一個想要幫忙解決問題的態度，而且辦理中途口渴要求幫我倒一杯水，我説了三遍才不情願的去倒。
衞生方面：我訂的是行政套房，剛進屋就有一衹拖鞋在屋裡未清理了衞生間還有異味，不得已要求換房間，酒店讓一個門衞保安上來，那保安素質不高，極其不耐煩一樣，好像我求他幫忙，麻煩他了似的。
設施方面：設施陳舊，地毯很臟，衞生間馬桶不好用，得沖多次才能把排泄物沖下去。
飲食方面：早餐7點到9點半，我8點半去的，衹能吃剩菜，本來就沒幾樣，這讓我怎麼吃，在家吃剩菜都比這強吧？早餐48一位怎麼定價的？服務員沒什麼服務還與同事嬉笑，真是服了！
全方位差評，以後不會再來，也告知大家避坑

房間裝修有點陳舊，但是價格、面積、環境不錯。定的兩室一廳，還有微波爐、烤箱（在廚房），就跟居家兩室一廳差不多，陽台超大。如果來京旅遊一家四口五口，也是能住下。非常推薦

裝修不是復古，是真的古，有可能08年裝修後就從來沒有更新過，裝修舊可以原諒，設備不維護不能原諒。水龍頭一打開。是圖中這樣的，呲出來的水花濺你一身，浴室的噴頭沒有拍，水龍頭生澀的擰不動，忽冷忽熱。像這些維護一下，花不了幾塊錢吧？還是服務觀念老舊問題， 除了兩瓶免費水，增加的水和飲料是收費的，雖然説也沒有人會消費這東西，放着很影響形象。浴缸上面掛着一塊臟兮兮的浴簾。床頭沒有插座，沒有開關。一言難盡。再説幾個優點，一，總枱可以免費寄存行李，二，房間很大，三，過年這幾天漲價不多。總結一句話，不要被四星忽悠了。總體體驗感極差。
