We booked this hotel for one night and chose it on purpose because it had a bathtub in the room. We had to have the room changed 3 times because the first one had no bathtub and the second had a broken one. Not to mention that we were supposed to get an upgrade as a Trip.com prize and the guy at the reception didn't seem to understand it (or care about it), even when I explained in Chinese.
The structure is pretty old and not very clean, with chipped floors, walls and tub. It's ok for a night, but not much more.

離開酒店一個禮拜了，忘記第一時間點評了，前台接待李超然服務熱情，接待及時，流程專業，剛下飛機✈️一入大堂就讓人賓至如歸，心情很愉悦。
客房部收拾房間乾淨清爽，對我們個人物品擺放歸納的很好，住客需求都能第一時間服務到位，體貼入微，我們住了6晚也是非常開心的。
大門口保安小哥服務貼心，時刻幫我們開關門，讓你在冬季暖心滿滿。
最後結束離店又是李超然接待的，我還説有始有終啊，領導應該給予表揚和獎勵，因為她們的堅守崗位，才能讓我們感受到温馨。

酒店住的很舒服，完全對得起它的價錢，前台的服務非常的好，尤其是為我服務的張珺、李爽、李超然幾位不但人長得漂亮，服務態度也相當温柔，真正做到想我所想，本來想住兩天就退房的，結果房間一再續住！

本來訂了標準大床房，後來免費升級為豪華套間，非常滿意；酒店在地鐵站安華橋附近，出行便利，去王府井，天安門，故宮，前門都很方便。前台張珺服務態度很好。

酒店位置交通便利，房間很乾凈衞生，特別要説一下服務，福建大廈從前台接待到房間打掃，每一個人都特別好，前台經理李爽人美心更美，知道我們帶着孩子給我們升級了房間，給福建大廈點贊，下次來北京還要住這裏！

房間很大，退房延到下午2點鐘，衞生間浴池下水有點慢，早餐很好吃，種類很多，早餐服務員和藹可親，尤其是姬春雨，服務態度特別好.
