Het was een heel leuk verblijf in het Lavande Hotel, de locatie is geweldig, op slechts 15 minuten lopen van het dichtstbijzijnde metrostation. De service was erg goed, iedereen was behulpzaam en aardig voor ons tijdens ons verblijf. Onze kamer was mooi en rustig, zeer comfortabel. Misschien kunnen de kamer en het steegje wat schoner zijn.

Great place! Clean, well maintained and good room service! Location is a little far but walkable to metro station. Overall very much satisfied and will book again when in Beijing! 最好的！

Location is good. Room is needs to be updated and not very clean. Found hair and stains everywhere. The bed is hard and not comfortable. Staff does the bare minimum.

The bed was very comfortable and large. Other than that, the room is in need of renovations. Many imperfections from the shower head leaking to the carpet being damaged. But the location was very convenient for my needs.

Room was dirty. Houskeepers change only bed sheets and towels. Only one receptionist guy was super duper helpful. If you’re reading this, thank you very much. We’re so appreciate your service.

I know not all lavende hotel is like this, but if you want to live in a clean environment, you should really consider avoiding this one. The carpet has many stains and toilet has hairs. Cleaning staffs smoke in their rooms with door open to the corridor.
Reception desk is helpful though.
