This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! Quickly do check-in/out, Room facilities, Great location, Varied breakfast and Great value for money. All in all, the staff were very friendly and effective (specially appreciated you Lucky, Lisa and Byron) we were treated like VIPs!!!

They are really friendly at the front desk. I had to get a taxi to Beijing South Station and they waited for the taxi to get there. Their breakfast was 5 stars as well! Would stay again 👍

The hotel room was clean and tidy. The location is great and it's quiet easy to walk to popular restuarants.However the reception desk were very unfriendly. They need to improve on Customer Service.

Great location, good service, quiet, private, no issues! Breakfast was a bit busy in the mornings, but it was May holiday and the staff recommended to show up outside of peak times. Great time!

I stayed in this hotel just for one night. The location was ideal for me as it is close to my friend’s apartment and our meeting place. My sole purpose for traveling in Beijing was to attend my friend’s birthday celebration. The Hoyle was close to everything I wanted to go to.
The rooms are quite basic and clean. Toiletries you obtain from when you check in. This is something new to me.
It included breakfast but I had a busy schedule and didn’t visit any of their restaurants in the hotel.
If I had to go back to Beijing. I would stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel for the 4th time it never disappoints the staff at front desk are always helpful and the ladies and gentlemen who work in the dinning hall are super friendly and kind.Its the best hotel to stay in because it's close to all the great places to go to in Beijing super convenient .Thank you for the great stay
