Cleanliness okay for 5 nights continuous stay, room floor is not vacuum daily, washroom is clean, bedsheet change on alternate day which is acceptable, daily changing of towels.
Location is good, near 天安门 & 故宫， Easy to get didi to the hotel, cross the road walk over to 王府井商厦 can find decent n clean food in the shopping mall.
Service is mixture of okay or good, varies depends on individual staff character.
3 stars hotel at 王府井 area, can’t be asking too much.

The hotel staff are really friendly and even have a fruit bowl on arrival! The hotel is very conveniently located! So close to the forbidden city! The rooms are kept warm which was lovely considering how cold it was outside. The room was spacious and the view from the window was lovely! I will definitely be staying here again if I travel to Beijing!

We spent 6 nights in this hotel with our little one (9 month-old). The room was spacious and comfortable, we slept the three of us in the bed and it was big enough. The staff is quite helpful, they try to help you as much as they can even though just a couple of them speak English, with the other ones you need to use a translator. The position is the best you can find, you take a little stroll and you are in the forbidden city and in the main roads of Beijing.
I was a bit disappointed about the breakfast, not many choices for who prefers sweet breakfast in the morning.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this place.

Very good location, very close to landmarks. Very warm and cosy hotel. Beds were comfy and just what was needed after long days out. Breakfast wasn't the best though.

No hot water in one of the day , have to improve the quantity of breakfast, cos almost empty plate , cos no refill frequently
