I had a really good stay at the hotel this time. Staff has been very helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks for executive lounge manager Ulrica Cong and staff Daisy Wu’s kind arrangement.

The hotel is super nice and clean. The swimming pool and gym is in perfect condition. The shopping next door has all kinds of restaurants which is a nice place for a bite. Dandan Guo who helped me with the check in was super helpful and friendly. The hospitality at this place made my stay in Beijing a pleasant experience.

Definitely not worth the money. The reception looked impressive but the rooms were worn and shabby. No hand towels, threadbare carpet, no socket next to the bed, stained bed linen, loose sockets, the blind over the bathroom window was see-through, the lampshade was broken, and there were hairs in the bathroom. On the plus side, the shower was good (although too low for taller people), the bed was comfortable and there was always a lift available.

五一期間最滿意，性價比最高的酒店，沒有之一!除了衞浴沒有品牌logo以外，其他的完全挑不出毛病。空調有冷風，夜裡能降到22度，舒舒服服睡覺（昨天在香山住，酒店居然説還沒有開冷風功能，白天都30度了!湊合一夜熱的無法睡覺，醒來果斷換酒店），被子比較薄，還有毛毯，特別適合我這種怕熱體質，房間view非常好，裝修很新，熱水秒出，吹風機居然還是這種高速的，太舒服了，比希爾頓喜來登強太多了! 早餐豐富，質量高，豆腐腦尤其好吃。服務也很好，停車免費，車位多，總機Lilian主動性強，特別幫忙，為服務點贊! 對面就是萬達廣場，周圍很近還有個台灣街，無數好吃的，去吃了個夜宵特滿足! 第一次住萬達系列酒店，真沒想到這麼好，下次有機會再來住

服務非常一般

餛飩和麪條都是提前煮好放在那裡
對於這種級別的酒店來説 不是現煮的太low了
麪條和餛飩都泡爛了
行政酒廊晚上都沒有熟食

毛巾已經很久了，都開毛了。最主要的是，隔音不好，仔細一聽是酒店的做房大姐，説話聲音特別大，並且，9點多就給我敲醒了，非常執着，説打掃衞生，當天是我的離店日期，也要打掃嗎？
