By far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The service was amazing; they went out of their way to accommodate my mother who hurt her hand. The apartment was very clean and extremely spacious, providing all the comforts we needed. The staff’s attentiveness and care truly stood out, making our stay exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Very spacious, no problem for a family of 5-6ppl. Location is slightly far from the city as Beijing road traffic is horrible. We only have one hair dryer in the room.

Apartment was comfortable with generously sized rooms. Breakfast is fine however basic lacks variety. We did not get airport transfer service.

可以看得出是一家比較老的酒店了，200平的兩居室很大，非常適合家庭出遊。能做飯設備算齊全，不過小童床很簡易基本上不能用，小童遊樂設施基本都是壞的，游泳池健身房還不錯。旁邊的博物館人很少，加上酒店人也少遇見的好多外國友人，總的來説環境清靜適合帶娃歇歇腳。

設施：老舊，地板咯吱咯吱響，淋浴室的門一直卡頓，感覺要碎掉了。
衞生：客房保潔態度是很好的，可能房間面積大，床下，沙發下都是灰。
環境：酒店周圍一圈停車場，沒什麼環境可言。
服務：別提了，啥也不是，特別是前台，服了，你不能提任何需求，提了就懟你。
這麼多年一直用攜程，對攜程推薦的，還是比較信任的。但是這次入住之後，我覺得攜程的評分系統有很大問題，這種酒店，為什麼是五鑽的？到底是什麼標準評判。之後會聯繫攜程客服，反映一下，他們這個評分系統，有問題

小物件需改善，陽光好，暖氣足，是旅途港灣，特別舒服。床墊非常的舒適，大浴缸泡澡很愜意，出門打車方便極了。

非常好的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，設計大氣合理，服務人員態度和藹可親，3個卧室都有洗手間，還有洗衣機和烘乾機。廚房非常方便，可以隨時煮點青菜清斷食一下～ 樓下有良子按摩，超級好的配套服。最好的亮點是酒店客人可以免費參觀紫檀博物館，藝術瑰寶，歎為觀止，感謝陳麗華女士把多年精心創作的傑作都捐獻給國家！
