Fantastic from beginning to end. Check in was a dream especially compared to other places I've stayed in China. Everyone was very friendly, breakfast was delicious. I'm glad I read the reviews and had the eggs benedict, well worth it. The bed was super comfy. I can't say much about location because we stayed there for the marathon and that's where the bus was leaving from, but I'd definitely come stay again.

Renaissance Beijing Capital is now part of Mariott BonVoy, and a number of things are still being transferred and/or redeveloped, but
this is a good property and is very clean.
located in about 20-30 minutes subway ride to Tiananmen, it is closer to auditors and business specialist buildings.
i asked a taxi price for a transfer to Beijing Chaoyang railway station and was quoted 660 renminbi, which is about 100 US dollars for about 4 subway stations ride + 25 minute walk.

I love this hotel. It is well furnished with a nice bath tub. The bed is comfy and sufficient for a 3-person family.

the hotel is really nice, location is good, metro is a bit far away but within walking distance. staff is super friendly and helpful. the best is the breakfast, 10 variants of egg benedict is just awesome. (often underestimated) elevators are really fast and no need to wait ages for one to come. bedding, pillows etc are super comfy. get an executive room because the lounge is good with good dishes and drinks. gym and pool are also good! i’d recommend this hotel!

Old Hotel, is a great name and brand, but the service that has been frozen 10 years ago.
Ordered the room service for the dinner, and the quality of the food was so far from a normal standard.
Windows that let the cold air come in the room, and I had to stop it by using paper.
In the end, or they re-decorate and re-study the quality process, or they have to decrease the price.
