The staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is good and satisfying. The surrounding area is beautiful. We rented the hotel bicycles for 25rmb per hour and we really had fun going around. However, considering its location and lack of ameneties, the hotel is quite expensive for the price of more than a thousand a night. You won't feel the five-star hotel vibe but rather just a regular Chinese hotel.

這個酒店挺好，離西山步道非常近，不用開車走着就過去了，非常方便。酒店服務態度非常好，有求必應，而且迴應非常快👍👍👍！雁餐廳也不錯，但廚師不同口味有差別，比較明顯！

地標性建築，很大氣。訂這個酒店是因為性價比高，尤其是五一期間，用攜程積分升級了套房，還算滿意.早餐種類要是再豐富一點就更好了。

酒店坐落在雁棲湖會展中心，挺有特色，房間裝修簡潔，乾淨衞生，設施齊全方便，有充足的停車位，酒店離雁棲湖西山步道，火車站都很近。

酒店位置佳，出行方便，安靜，服務上乘，乾淨，早餐種類豐富，總體不錯，很滿意。每次來懷柔過週末的備選酒店。

5月2號晚上8:40左右，孩子發燒，在我搜尋跑腿和**外賣無果去求助前台時，我非常客氣的問能不能幫忙問問怎樣快速買到退燒葯，任何付費服務都可以。。。。。前台服務員一直在玩手機了頭也不抬説，沒辦法買到葯，幫不了。在我再三説**需要1-3天才能到貨，能不能問問其他同事還有沒有其他辦法，他依然頭也不抬説沒辦法，繼續玩他的手機。我當時就説，能不能抬起頭放下手機説句話？他衹好放下手機説在跟經理聊天沒空理我……當時雖然很生氣但礙於孩子在旁邊沒再繼續理論，衹能想辦法出去找葯店。事隔兩天依然無法理解更無法釋懷，人生第一次給差評，見過服務差的，從未見過從始至終頭也不抬的前台，不要求都不抬眼看你。
