Great stay at the Royal Hot Spring hotel and definitely a good spot to climb the Great Wall - Si Ma Tai due to its location. Hot spring bath tub in room and a Japanese style room and the service staffs was ready to serve and polite and try to assist us in all ways. Definitely recommended to book and stay.

Japanese style hotel with clean and nice view. Booked for two nights stay but need to cancel one night because my train was cancelled from xian due to wether. Hotel was nice to cancel my booking without any problem although the original term and condition say no cancellation 2 days before arriving. Will stay there again if have chance.

Hotel had a nice hot spring tub in our room, and the public hot spring pool was also very nice. The tatami was very kid friendly, but would have preferred all the rooms be on the same floor. One of the rooms’ tatami had a slight musty smell but not a big deal. Great location inside the water town and very close to the Simatai Great Wall cable car.

總體環境和設施都很不錯，對得起這個價位。
最看重的是房間裏有一個湯池，冬天泡個湯真的很舒服。
套間的環境也很好，套間面積不小但衹能倆人住感覺有點奢侈呢。
不足之處是：晚上園區裏是有活動的，但是工作人員並沒有提示，以至於就住一晚的我們錯過了無人機表演。

2022年11月訂了御舍，因為疫情取消了，一直想來，終於了卻我的心願了。酒店很安靜，窗外可以看到司馬台長城，初春延慶還是有點冷，屋內很暖，有私湯，酒店工作人員非常熱情，非常完美的體驗。

很好的親子酒店，訂的家庭間一家六口一間，住起來很方便。服務和環境都在線，工作人員很熱情，套餐還贈送了雙人壽喜鍋和泡湯小吃，味道不錯。酒店還自帶了温泉，長者很喜歡温泉，晚上和早上都泡了，很好的一次體驗，還會再來的

除夕夜定的複式套房A，三間屋子但是是兩間衞生間……而且其中有一間屋子連垃圾桶都不給配，搞不懂酒店這樣的設計邏輯是什麼。當然，定之前就知道衹有兩間衞生間那時以為是地方不夠，但是去了之後發現，地方是有的，就是沒打算設計出三間衞生間。想在古北定一個三人間一起過年已屬不易，就別提要求了。但是萬萬沒想到，真正住上才知道更奇葩的，一樓那間和二樓的其中一間屋子洗澡都很奇葩，二樓那間地漏不滲水，大過年的兩點多洗澡，地上積滿了水漏不掉，看那個點兒了也沒忍心叫服務員。第二天一早跟客房服務員反應，服務員説，噢！這間地漏就是這樣，就是別著急，等着他慢慢漏吧。合著説，你們知道這地漏有問題不修還在往外賣，漏了一晚上早上都沒漏完是要養魚嘛，服。一樓那間也很奇葩，洗個頭發不僅水流很小，還要站到浴池裡，沒有淋浴間，衹有浴缸。然後所有的房間沒有給抽紙，還是我們電話要服務員才給的，除此以外沒有任何服務可言。大除夕的電視又小又不清楚，90年代的電視的感覺，還好我們能自娛自樂。第二天早晨的早餐在一個很曬的房間裏，觀察了一下大部分桌椅都是被曬着的，吃個早餐真的非常之鬧心。説回最重要的泡湯，酒店的私人泡池都發黴了，大廳公共區域的走廊也是好大一塊黴都不管，這家酒店可能不打算做長久了，這是我們此行的感受。所以，我真的沒辦法給好評，畢竟大除夕的。
