De kamer is erg schoon. De verhuurder is erg aardig en de faciliteiten zijn ook erg nieuw. Er zijn veel plekken om te eten raad echt iedereen aan om hier te blijven.

De locatie is super geweldig, direct op het World Trade Center-niveau en zeer dicht bij het CBD. Handig om overal naartoe te gaan.
Het is een grote open slaapkamer met een bureau, een bank, een tweepersoonsbed en een eenpersoonsbed. Er is een doucheruimte om een bad te nemen, een koelkast om voedsel op te slaan en een magnetron om voedsel op te warmen. Er is een hangkamer en een strijkplank. De faciliteiten zijn compleet en het was een aangenaam verblijf! ! !

Location is perfect! Subway lines nearby, bus stops very convenient. Apartment is also conveniently located next to The Place and walking distance to many amenities.

This room was spacious and fit my husband and two sons well. The location is fantastic. Areas of improvement are: there was no microwave in the room as advertised and no laundry soap. My husband had to borrow the soap from my room. The wooden planks on the single bed where broken and the beds were very hard. If laundry soap is provided, the bed fixed and the microwave placed in the room then it would be great.

Great sized studio apartment. Excellent walk-in wardrobe with iron/clothes drying rack. Kitchen is a good size with fridge, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. Bathroom is modern wit shower h a contemporary toilet that lights up. Washing machine with internal dryer provided. The building is well situated above many restaurant and trendy cocktail bars, as well as a large shopping mall called the place. Th building also has access to a small gym.
