曾經租過一段時間這裏的公寓，這次回京順路又住一次回味一下曾經，B座23層，樓層高，視野好，有投影看了場電影（省下了電影票），打算以後回京順路就住這了。房間很大很寬敞，一如既往。希望房間內提供的一次性用品質量更好一些，提供下馬桶墊一次性浴巾啥的。唯一的差評就是這個天氣，蓋被子熱不蓋被子冷。

房間基本上還算乾淨，雖然有些地方是比較舊了，睡起來也沒有不舒服，就是有些味道，空調開一陣子也就好多了。退房時忘了一個包，聯絡管家也馬上解決了，服務不錯的，下次來可以再住。樓下是瑞幸喝咖啡也方便。

住的三樓327環境特別不好，進門地下就有小蟲子爬來爬去.溝通了送來了蟑螂噴霧，體驗感特差

想給零分，第一次給差評
話説在前面，我就是住完了走了覺得很差後來想找商家退點錢。我本來訂了兩晚，我進去太害怕了，我退了一晚。
但我也保證，我寫的評價沒有任何報復心理，這玩意啥樣，我就如實寫。
我晚上入住的，我過去之後酒店非常驚悚，裝修詭異，各種地方破破舊舊，還有上一個租客留下來的痕跡，蟑螂葯，鍋，餐具，熱水壺，衣架，清潔工具……就像住在廢棄的房子裏
我進去後，一直挺害怕，給朋友打電話，廁所臟的我也不敢在那洗澡，甚至不敢在那上廁所，馬桶圈上面還有尿液污漬。
床上有別人的**，牆體開裂，拖鞋發黃，沙發破洞，各種櫃子裏面還有各種各樣的小蟲子，
不僅衞生差，位置也難找，還要從安全出口進去，從貨梯上去，要多麻煩有多麻煩。
第二天一起來趕緊走了

大概因為A座是寫字樓（酒店在B座）周邊的配套比較方便：咖啡店、健身、餐廳、烤串……酒店環境很好，客房服務對於反饋的要求跟進得比較及時。

晚上11點半到的，非常累。傢俱各種舊，屋內有味道，感覺堅決不能去第二次。第二天11點，有人在門外使勁敲門。超級不禮貌
