This is the first time I come to ChangPing, I could not decide where to stay until I found UrCove hotel on line, where I found the room rate acceptable.
After I checked in the hotel, the friendly staff, Ms Annie & Ms Worthy , Eleven, Reece make me feel very homely, and the room is well maintained, I am no regret for my choice, I give 10/10, Keep it Up, TQ UrCove.

Ultimately a fantastic stay only hampered down by things outside of the hotels control, such as its location being quite far away from the city centre but considering that the Changping Line was always a ten minute walk away I can’t hamper it too much.

This is my second time staying here. Sadly it wasn’t as good as the first. I had an issue with my shower that seemed to flood on my very last day so I spent some time trying to clean this up which was a shame. Also, I was placed on a room with no outside window which I didn’t expect so it felt strange waking up each morning. I would still recommend but it was just unfortunate this time around.

設施：房間智能客控，咖啡機免費喝咖啡小冰箱飲品也免費，全自動馬桶。
衞生：房間乾淨，床品舒適。
環境：環境好，一樓有創意空間，氛圍感挺好的，尤其晚上還有小夜燈。
服務：服務也不錯，前台小姐姐好看，説話温柔，有什麼問題找前台，也會立即解決。走的時候還送水了呢。免費停車哦。

房間很好，新酒店，乾淨大氣，智能酒店。有一股好聞的香氣。房間乾淨，早餐豐盛，前台小美女熱情熱心。吹風機是戴森的，好用。智能馬桶，很貼心。

第二次入住，非常好的酒店，地處昌平最核心位置，高檔型酒 店，酒店乾淨衞生，房間寬敞明亮，温暖舒適。 周邊商業豐富，交通便利，出門辦事非常方便。 房間內還配備了膠囊咖啡機和免費minibar，非常好的入住體 驗。以後來昌平辦事，會選擇繼續入住。就是酒店的隔音稍差，街上汽車聲音、其它房間説話及其它房間用水的聲音會影響入住體驗，也可能與房型有關。
