老闆小姐姐貼心升級、調換適合的房型，讓人感動，民宿乾淨整潔，如果某些房型能及時通風去煙味等異味就更加完美了

衞生乾淨整潔，設施完備，有投影儀，空間很大，有很大的浴室，能夠做到乾濕分離，老闆回覆消息很快，能較快得到迴應，位置有點偏，出行要打車。

房間大姐打掃的挺乾淨的，大姐實在我們多住2天還幫忙送了礦泉水還有一次性拖鞋，公共廚房可以熱東西吃，配置也比較齊全了。

性價比非常好，開始還有點後悔以為那裡交通不方便，沒想離環球影城那麼近叫外賣和車都方便，房子也乾淨整潔，也不吵，裝修大風格也很好，老闆不錯還願意給免費升級房間，我們嫌麻煩沒有換哈哈忘拍照了，不過酒店的圖片裏都有

房間設備設施比較齊全，有公區、沙發、有廚房，洗衣機，基本日常用的都有，最最滿意的使距離環球影城比較近，打車過去十多分鐘就到了，很方便。

接待我們的管家，服務態度很好，也發了一些他們經常去吃的不錯的美食，白族特色的餐廳味道也很好，房間和圖片一模一樣，房間的價格很合理，已推薦朋友。

if you’re coming to Beijing to visit Universal Studio, this place can be your best options. cheap and very close to Universal Studio. Very clean and tidy. But it’s inside the houses are so it might be difficult for you to find places to eat if you don’t speak Chinese. The owner speaks perfect English, you definitely can ask for her assistance. Would recommend anyone this place. Thank you, I had a good stay.

Super helpful online receptionist, we got free upgrade to a better and bigger room, including all the amenities.
The only issue is location. it's quite a village, therefore public transportation goes exceedingly rare, like twice for the entire day on the one side and and from morning till afternoon only on the other side, also, there is a long way of walk from/to the bus station.
Also, we wanted to stay there for 1 more night, but the price was almost twice more pricier than the original one.

Spring, autumn, winter, wind, flowers, and moon all have private bathrooms and all rooms has a separate door password locks.
There are many public areas in the courtyard, such as the living room, kitchen, dining table, and public activity area. The courtyard also has a front gate, which has independent access control and is quiet around. The courtyard is also equipped with cookers, kitchen utensils, dishes, induction cookers, and Double-flavor hot pot to show cooking skills. You can also meet in groups of friends here to play mahjong, chat and drink tea. The courtyard is willing to become a good place for you to rest, entertain, gather, and vacation. Friends are welcome to come and experience it. We have professional English customer service. If you have any questions, please call us directly and we will assist you in handling and resolving them as soon as possible.
