Great location 10 mins walks to tiantan station, 10 mins walks to temple of heaven. Reception was great specially the front office manager Ms. Zhang super helpful and friendly. Will come back to stay again and will recommends friends.

Very clean hotel and the service is great. The hotel is a bit far from everything except the Temple of Heaven and Forbidden City. Would recommend.

是北漂人的傲嬌嗎？前台的服務小哥真的全程沒有笑容，幾次交流的態度也很傲慢。
酒店所在的位置是挺好的，周邊也很安靜。
強烈吐槽他們的早餐，實在太差了！他們的早餐是借用那個餐廳的場地的。但晚餐建議去那餐廳吃一下，非常好吃，跟早餐形成了鮮明的對比！！！

酒店非常安靜，孩子説位置真的很好，離地鐵站很近，附近非常安靜的街道！還有酒店門口有，北京義利，千萬要帶幾樣，巧克力特好吃，黃油餅乾，動物餅乾也非常推薦！

酒店位於天壇附近，距離地鐵站也不遠，交通便利。周邊是居民區，很安靜不會有鬧市區的喧囂，門口還有一家便利店，各類生活用品和零食飲料一應俱全。距離酒店1公里左右有一家稻香村，便於購買伴手禮。
我們這次訂了2個大床房。入住時安排了1個內窗房1個外窗房，但內窗房不通風避免不了有股悶味。前台服務很周到，第二天有外窗房退房後就馬上給我們安排更換房間，還很貼心地儘可能安排了兩個鄰近的房間，對於我們這樣家庭出行需要時不時拿取物品很是方便。
原木風的裝修風格，衞生方面很到位，房間有全身鏡和大大的洗手枱，電視機還可以投屏必須好評。點外賣還有機器人送貨，孩子特別喜歡跑到門口看。最滿意的是酒店的洗衣房，出門在外可以洗衣烘乾實在是太方便了！
最後還要表揚一下工作人員的熱情周到，對於我們的特別需求都能及時提供幫助，真的很感謝。
