首先服務很到位，酒店人員素質也挺高的，酒店位置挺不錯的，家裡人在這邊醫院住院，所以臨時預訂周邊酒店入住，相信全季的標準化所以直接就定了。前台下載華住會app也免費送了我一個早餐。但是這個房間設施很難給到滿分。1.垃圾桶清理不乾淨；2.這個窗户設定真的很危險，我跟我對象都被夾到了説明不是個人使用問題，可以增加安全提示；給酒店建議之後他們送了香氛產品致歉；3.入住房間608花灑有問題，因為開會來回醫院沒時間去反映這個問題也沒換房間。總之酒店整體環境還可以，服務很好，設施與配套可能還沒達到預期標準。

地理位置很好，離萬達很近，房間乾淨整潔，裝修還很新，佈局也很好，很温馨，還有個小茶桌，房間8瓶水豪氣，早餐種類豐富，客服很熱情，下次還會入住。

酒店地理位置好，去萬達廣場很方便，去慕田峪、雁棲湖等景點也不遠。房間温馨舒適，礦泉水給的足夠，電視屏幕大。服務人員都很熱情友好。值得推薦。

深夜入住，服務員辦事效率高，服務態度好，因為不想住首尾房中間還給我們換房，退房效率高。相當滿意。

酒店位置不錯，在懷柔市中心，離萬達廣場很近。免費停車，大堂服務員熱情，一位師傅專門出門幫助看停車。房間乾淨，挺大，熱水不錯，地暖熱，被子蓋不住哈。送了6瓶礦泉水，大氣。早餐也豐盛，味道好。每年都來紅螺寺，然後找個民宿或者酒店歇歇腳，這家吃住行都俱佳，吃飯去萬達廣場，選擇多，再看場電影，開開心心過大年。

房間非常乾淨，服務態度非常好，推薦大家入住。好評！早餐味道非常好，孩子非常愛吃。距離懷柔區萬達廣場超級近。距離雁棲湖也不遠。
