Beijing Unified Courtyard Hotel

My room aircon was faulty. Informed the hotel in the morning, said they will fix it over the day, I came back and it still wasn’t fixed. Room was stuffy and hot without air-conditioning. Hotel location is situated at a very small alley. Which some cars may not want to drive in. Had a couple of drivers rejected to drive us in and we had to walk in with our luggages (10mins) walk from the main road. This is not convenient if you are intending to shop/come back with bags etc. Therefore, do not highly recommend if you have kids/elderly in the group. However, the hotel courtyard area is unique, if you want a traditional unique experience. I booked the smallest room - so expected room to be small. Note: The room keys are physical lock keys (not like hotel card keys) - which u have to unlock and lock again in and out of the room, which can be a bit of a hassle.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Beijing Unified Courtyard Hotel, and my experience was made even more enjoyable thanks to the exceptional service provided by Miss Zhang. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Miss Zhang was incredibly helpful, proactive, and always had a smile on her face. She assisted me with everything from checking in to providing recommendations for local attractions. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. What impressed me most was her attention to detail and ability to anticipate my needs. She consistently went the extra mile to ensure my stay was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend the Beijing Unified Courtyard Hotel, and especially request Miss Zhang's assistance. A really nice Hotel！Everything's perfect！A very nice and beautiful yard inside and my room was fantastic. The yard's got a fish pond and turtles.You'll feel like staying here.The bed was comfortable and the room was very high classic.I got well treated by the stuff members, they'll try to help with anything things you need,I mean that was wonderful！The receptionists speak very good English and I bet he must have been worked really hard on it！I love everything here especially the afternoon tea provided.I love this amazing hotel and looking forward to stay here again！

去北京前就想找一家四合院的名宿體驗一下 攜程上給我找到的這家無論環境服務都無話可説 贈送的早飯也算豐富 唯一遺憾的就是他們的水壓有點問題 洗澡的水很小

一次非常滿意的入住體驗，充分體驗到什麼叫“酒香不怕巷子深”。身處鬧市的一處清凈優雅所在。中式與現代的完美結合，從大堂處開始就細節滿滿。庭院的佈置也是氛圍感十足！夏天的夜晚可以坐在院中喝茶聊天，沉思賞月！進入房間內床品非常舒適，讓人卸下一天的疲憊安然入睡！由於這次時間有限，錯過了酒店還有明清御用樂師培訓活動。下次有機會一定要來參加！

和朋友來北京玩，想體驗一次傳統的四合院文化，入住了這家酒店讓我不虛此行。很傳統的四合院，有影壁，池塘，院中還種植了玉蘭、丁香、海棠，可以逗鳥，看魚，賞花，屋檐上還有喜鵲，真的非常愜意。二樓的餐廳有連接露台，四周種滿了鮮花，沏一壺茶，在樹蔭下慢慢享受午後的時光，簡直是在城市裡吸氧，我在北京這座快節奏的城市裡感受到了漫生活。服務枱的小姐姐小哥哥服務業非常棒，幾乎有求必應，無論白天還是晚上總是面帶微笑解決我們的所有問題，讓我感覺賓至如歸。酒店的早餐，種類豐富多樣，新鮮美味，每天遊玩回來房間也打掃得非常乾淨。這家酒店還可以提供銅鍋涮肉，在四合院吃一頓涮肉感覺別有風味，有興趣的朋友們可以來試試看。總之，對北京四合院文化和老北京慢生活感興趣的朋友一定不要錯過這家酒店。

帶父母來體驗一次四合院酒店，聽前台的工作人員介紹，這原來是明朝的御用樂師培訓機構，一代代傳下來的老建築，坐落在衚衕裏，院中有池塘，種植了幾顆花樹，有幾衹小鳥，環境非常非常好，父母很滿意，每天早上打開窗就是鳥語花香，感覺和做夢一樣，古代京城有錢人家的日常我也是體驗了一把。酒店提供的早餐很種類豐富，食材也很新鮮，父母對此也是好評連連。這裏去往故宮、天安門等景點也是很近很便利，旁邊就是王府井，購物非常方便。前台的工作人員服務非常熱情周到，會主動為我們介紹遊玩的景點和出行的攻略，其他的問題也是有求必應，值得點贊。房間每天都有來打掃，打掃得非常乾淨，很棒。這是非常滿意的一次入住體驗，下次有機會來北京我會再次選擇這家酒店。
