As usual the rooms are the draw to this hotel for me. I did see improvement with English speaking at the front desk and the cleaning staff are always pleasant and swift. I love the lil convenience store downstairs. The swimming pool and gym were closed. I suggest that the hotel invest in a delivery robot to deliver food to the rooms. We always have to order out and it is daunting to keep going downstairs to pick up food or other supplies. Other hotels in the same price range owns a few robots that bring items up to the rooms which saves the staff time and keeps the customers happy.

However, you cannot borrow iron to iron shirts but can only use it in the hotel’s washing room. It is not convenient. Hotel only provides paid breakfast service. If you wants to eat, there are only two restaurants around. The choices are limited. Alternatively, you may order foods delivered by foods deliveries service. The worst is that it’s wifi does not work all the time.
