This hotel room was great! An ample amount of lighting options in the room and the shower was phenomenal. The gym was spacious and adequate for my needs. I immediately noticed the pleasant aroma when I walked into the hotel! There was also two spas located within the building.

The service was excellent and really set this hotel apart. The front desk was friendly and welcoming and even gave me a delicious cup of local tea on my arrival. She accompanied me to the elevator and sent me off with a smile and a wave. The room was also quite nice and clean and seemed up to the standards of a four star hotel for sure. Definitely an excellent value!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and include a number of free amenities in their rooms. The beds were comfortable and were not hard. I am very pleased with my stay and would go back again.

The workers at this hotel did a great job communicating with foreign guests. They helped with advice and arranging a trip to Weizhou island.

不得不講一下服務真的很好，特別是管家小雪很周到。辦入住的時候會給擦手巾，果茶。路過會打招呼，暖心卡片。晚上會有管家敲門送牛奶和糖水。等車間隙還送了小零食。經常出差也是住美豪，裝修風格基本一樣，但是這家真的讓人甘之如飴，好的服務是讓人有不一樣的體驗感。強烈推薦！

近期住到的能讓人感覺賓至如歸的酒店，管家服務很貼心，從入住時遞上的一片熱毛巾，到每晚送牛奶時一句暖心的晚安，無一不體現出酒店服務的高質素。早餐也非常豐富，本地湯粉口感爽滑，風味獨特。要説缺點呢，窗簾沒有電動算是為數不多的弱項，還有電梯的等待時間也比較長。但瑕不掩瑜，特別感謝管家許靖專業貼心的服務，讓人有了回家的感覺。

入住一樣的酒店，絕對是身心靈的一次放鬆，酒店乾淨整潔，裝修簡潔高雅，服務熱情周到，下午送水果，晚上送牛奶，我們是在另外一家酒店住了一晚，比較起來簡直是差距太大了，又續住一晚，所以，美豪.麗致酒店我極力推薦👍👍👍

酒店距離遊船碼頭打車10分鐘，距離北海老街大概20分鐘車程，其實附近的公交車25路也到，不着急的話也可以公交出行。去僑港風情街也不遠，打車也就不到10分鐘；旁邊就是麥當勞，也有肯德基，還有大潤發超市；前台服務態度很好，早餐豐富，有免費下午茶，晚上還有一杯熱牛奶，這兩天這裏降温，但房間空調很給力，再來還會選擇這裏。

離北海站很近，車程10分鐘不到，旁邊就是大潤發，酒店服務人員都很熱情，碰面都會主動問好，房間隔音不錯，晚上睡覺安靜。
早餐在25樓，種類很豐富，粥很好喝，沙拉也新鮮。淋浴熱水充足，洗澡很舒服。電梯口提供免費瓶裝水，很是方便。
離銀灘也不遠，打車也是10分鐘以內，酒店對面是海洋之窗，斜對面走過去不遠就是貴興市場，去裏面買海鮮是真便宜啊，蔬菜水果也多，建議早上去，酒店餐廳有冰箱，4點半後可以提供來料加工，還挺方便。
唯一不足是酒店電梯沒有樓層讀數提示，不知道要等多久，這個稍顯不便了。
