We just had a courtyard room so it had everything we wanted for the price. Great location, beautiful beach, close to the restaurants and right next door to the bus stop. We will come again!! Hopefully we can afford a beachfront room!!!

Stunning location, beautiful apartment with view of ocean , the beautiful Onetangi beach to walk on and a selection of restaurants . I also highly recommend a tour of Stony Batter ... its a 30 minute drive and quite a walk but totally worth it.

Onetangi Beach Apartments not in the best condition. Increased prices paired with low maintenance is a recipe for disaster. Unhappy clients due to tired apartments! The apartments show a lot of wear and tear. No TLC applied. We only book again after a refit and adjustment of prices.

We chose the place for the stunning location and beach access just across the road. Also the bed was a king which was a plus as so many places offered the queen size only. Clean and tidy and friendly service. Bus stop access right outside the apartment. Would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful apartment by the beach and great service from the receptionist. We arrived rather early from the ferry, but the apartment was ready for us and we were let in. The view from the two balconies was superb of the beach. There are a couple of restaurants and a bar very close by and a short walk up the hill to a supermarket. The apartment was very spacious and well laid out with plenty of seating outside. The beach is superb and wonderful to walk along. There are a couple of wineries that are within easy walking distance. Onetangi is a pleasant and quiet village

Older style apartment but still functional and comfortable. Lovely beach just across the road. Restaurants handy and supermarket 2 minutes up the road. Quite with not much traffic and bus stop right out side. Hop on hop off bus service every half hour.

Very nice accommodation. Cozy studio style apartment with kitchenette. Within a couple blocks of Onetangi Beach and at least three restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again if I was in Waiheke in future. You can also order breakfast baskets!

These apartments are across the street from the beach, which is beautiful. The room was lovely. No microwave oven. The washer in the laundry provided did not spin our clothes, so they took a long time to dry. People here are great and made good referrals to us for things to do and places to see, including a driver/guide to take us all over the eastern part of the island, which is beautiful and wonderful. We had a great time!

I am aware that the apartments are all individually owned, so this review is only about apartment number 9. The apartment is tired and in need of some repairs. Some of the slats were missing from the blinds in the lounge area. Half of the wardrobe in the main bedroom was locked, so very little space to put your clothes. The bed in the second room is lumpy and the blind does not close properly. Half of the cupboards in the kitchen are locked. It seems like the owners do not really want people staying in their apartment. The microwave is so high that I had to stand on a chair to be able to use it, fine if you are over 6 feet tall though! The housekeeping service was provided daily, but they did no cleaning and only changed towels, topped up toilet rolls and made the bed. There was a small dustpan and brush, but nothing else to enable us to keep the floor clean of sand. The apartments are ideally located, only a couple of minutes to the beach, but because it is quite a gritty sand we were constantly walking it back in to the apartment.
