Hotel is very well priced and very nice rooms and staff. Located right next door to cracker barrel.

My husband and I had a great night. The Rooms are so clean and the beds are so so comfortable and lots of pillows. The staff are so nice and friendly. We will definitely go back and visit..

Great hotel. Have stayed here multiple times and will be where I stay when coming into town. The service is kind, and that is very important to me.

2 major issues that came up number one is I ask for made service on my second night and they said they would have somebody cleaned my room but nobody showed up. The second issue is it seems anyone just comes off the street and. It's the free breakfast that is there for the paying guests. I think that is totally unacceptable that people come in and mooch free food when they have no right being there in the first place.

For the price the hotel wasn't bad however there was not housekeeping during the 3 days I was there.

No meat options with breakfast. The elevator is in shambles. My room's carpet was damp the entire time. No cleaning staff after a certain hour. The deadbolt on my door malfunctioned and I was locked out of my room for half an hour.

We had BED BUGS!!! The staff was also extremely rude and didn’t offer a single apology for the bugs or the inconvenience this caused. The girl at the front desk even threw a live bed bug in her trash can because she didn’t like bugs and couldn’t stand to look at it.
I do not recommend!

Rooms need to be renovated, corners of the walls were damaged and needing drywall renovation. Possible mold exposed. Bathroom only provided shampoo and no conditioner.
