Excellent service, nice receptionists, strongly recommend to those who plan to any Disney parks, they have arranged shuttle buses which can take you to any parks!

Gym was perfect, include lots of equipments. Breakfast buffet was 25 dollar for each, and it is pretty well. Staffs were friendly, but services was poor. No one answer the phone.

Surprisinhly long queue to check in, otherwise, no complaint. Top choice for a holiday in Disneyland.

Shula's is a great steakhouse and this resort has a lot of restaurant options to offer. The grab and go shop and many essentials aswell.
The pool and jacuzzi areas were luxurious.
The poolside drinks were delicious but expensive.
The room was well accommodating.
They are close to Hollywood Studios and Epcot.
There's also free transportation to and from Disney Springs.
I paid a little extra and I could see Tower of Terror from my room, although there was no balcony.
There is a luxury spa which my partner said was especially enjoyable.

我們訂的景觀雙床，一開始説該類型沒房了，衹有單床或者無景觀。但我們兩大兩小沒法住，衹好一再詢問。前台進入辦公室詢問後給了15樓的房間，景觀房型都不錯。小費要給夠，會更配合一些。帶孩子的話還是建議自己帶床單小被子。

我知道很多人即便看到了不好的評論也會考慮這個酒店，但如果你想在你去迪士尼期間不會遭受嚴重房間問題導致的感染，請不要訂這個酒店因為衞生很差！我在住這家酒店晚上遇到了蟑螂！並且晚上叮咬了我的太太。這導致我們後續所有的行程體驗非常非常差！如果您攜帶您的家人尤其是小孩請務必不要入住這家酒店！這很可能會導致你全家人都會遭受皮膚感染。最最重要的是這家酒店根本不在乎你評價或者投訴。這是我所有聊天證據：由於我不是本地人所以在遭受這類情況衹能向酒店去索要醫療費用。但是他們會一直拖延不賠償直到最後就乾脆不回郵件了！！服務效率非常非常差。我知道即便我給差評也不會有什麼改變但我希望能夠告知看到我這個評論的旅客千萬不要入住。不要因為它們地理環境好就選擇它們。我聲明不是同行酒店惡意差評。如果可以，請不要在攜程訂。這裏一點都不方便哪怕你是所謂金鑽會員也不要貪這些積分，我非常非常後悔在攜程訂任何產品了因為這件事出了以後攜程平台不僅沒有重視還一直在拖延根本沒有去幫忙聯繫和有任何進展性的服務。我在攜程訂大概一晚上3k的酒店當地衹需要296美金一晚！本來我和所有人都會想着方便、有售後的平台訂圖個放心，但你放心這家店也好攜程也好保證會讓你失望透頂。
服務：你如果不是本地人那就等着遭受到最差的服務，出了問題他們消極溝通拒絕溝通，攜程沒保障
