Our concierge Zenovia Nova was above and beyond with a VIP service as well the entire staff. The property itself is beautiful and is close to the beach. All the surrounding is impeccable clean and well kept.

This was our third year in a row coming back to this property. The resort is beautiful but what really keeps us coming back are the people who work there. Everyone is so nice. They all work really hard. Our Concierge, Ralphy, goes above and beyond every year and always makes our stay special. Also, Pedro at the Reserve beach always has our beach beds ready for us and keeps our refreshing drinks coming while he keeps us smiling and laughing with his entertaining stories. We just left yesterday and are already looking forward to our next trip.

We loved this property from the minute we stepped in. The staff was excellent and always happy! Rosanna at the 90 degrees swim up bar is a doll. She is on point with quick, delicious drinks and a happy smile. Buffet food surpassed our expectations and the wine bar is a nice, quiet time. Beautiful experience, we will be back asap.

My husband was in contact with guess services ( Stephanie) prior to our arrival about my birthday to see if the room could be decorated or a cake for me and was told ok they would. They dropped the ball on that I received a cake on the last night before we left which was pointless. However the hotel was beautiful and my husband and myself know how to make our own fun so that compensated for them not putting the icing on the cake for my birthday 😞
Another is the music and there activities are boring.They onlycatered to only Spanish when they should have a variety of music and activities catering to all races
In all I'll give them about 8 stars out of 10

Beautiful resort and grounds with an amazing beach. Plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas and daybeds available. Pool area was great with swim up bar and lounge chairs in the water! Beach and pool areas never felt crowded at all. Rooms were very well appointed, spacious and clean. Restaurants were a little tricky at first to navigate but once we figured it out we were fine. You need to go one central place between 9am-4pm to make your dinner reservations and they do fill up quickly. It’s very hard to get a reservation for the same day so as long as you plan ahead you’ll be fine. There are many very good options for dining onsite. All of the staff were beyond accommodating, friendly and attentive. For a last minute trip I could not have been more pleased and would definitely return.

Food in the buffet was not many options and not many was surved. Would be Better waiters served coffee, right away. My wife and I would physically have to get up to get them to give us coffee. Not much entertainment at night. No shows just music. Overall our stay was good just slight improvements need to be made

The property is situated in a very nice location. The beach is amazing.
It has lots of options for dining, it has the restaurant with buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Although it needs work on the food and training on the staff that serves the food because they don’t know what they are serving and this been so important for allergies. However one restaurant that was up to the standards was the Mexican restaurant “ Blue Agave”
Very close to authentic Mexican cuisine.
Sandra Lombo the server gave us all the right choices and let me try more than one entrees.
Her service was excellent and her attitude adorable.
The shows and the live music were amazing

We had the best time. The beaches and pools were perfect. The rooms were beautiful. The accommodations were great and everyone was so helpful. The restaurants were very good, even the buffet. Nightlight was great. We will be back!
