No dia 6/04/23 fiz o checkout no hotel quarto 3003 e tive uma experiência péssima. O segurança do hotel retirou a minha mala do Uber que estava fora do hotel porque não permitem que o mesmo entre no resort Disse que precisava docartão da toalha. A tolha estava dentro do quarto e a pulseira não queriam tirar do meu braço . Foi violento com mais um homem e não deixavam o Uber sair para me levar ao aeroporto. Após muita confusão e agressividade consegui retirar a minha mala para ir ao aeroporto. Tive duas unhas quebradas (fotos anexas) e quase perdi o meu vôo de volta. É lamentável ter que passar por isso, Tive que chamar a polícia. Um absurdo, precisam melhorar muito. Tentei contato com a gerência do hotel, mas sem sucesso.

酒店的各種繳費需要更高的透明度，比如額外的小童餐飲收費，多收了很多錢，雖然最後溝通同意退回，但不免影響旅行的心情。

Very clean and accommodating. Felt very safe when traveling with young kids. As others mentioned the buffet is rather redundant but that seems typical at all inclusives. Easy enough to get reservations at night.

The resort was absolutely amazing! There are many food options, it's right on the beach, and there is so much to do within the resort that you don't feel the need to go anywhere else. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were also super friendly and would stop just to have conversations with us, which I really appreciated. I absolutely LOVED the night shows and had so much fun at the lobby parties afterwards. I appreciated that this was all done in the lobby, away from the actual bedrooms so the music doesn't keep you awake.The only thing I would comment on, would be the salesmen (hotel affiliated within the grounds). I understand it is their job, but it seemed everywhere I turned they were there trying to get me to updrade or buy an excursion. Other than that, we had a lovely time and would definitely come back again.

The resort and staff were excellent. They were always cleaning. Never really had trouble finding somewhere to set up.
Did not like that they showed their bowling and arcade and made it appear free. Bowling is 10 per person per game and it’s a mini version. Two of the maybe 5 arcade games broke while my kids were playing them lol. Archery could never find the people in charge so we never got to do it. Mini putt is unkept but that is free.
I make it sound bad there but that’s more just to make people aware the costs of what I thought would be able to eat up time for my kids when they needed a change.
I will add that the food was really not good.

El mejor hotel que hemos estado. Realmente espectacular. Lo único que podrían mejorar es tener opciones de comidas veganas. Así como tienen un rincón gluten free podrían tener un rincón vegan que no solo incluya ensaladas, sino también proteínas vegetales (ej: tofu, hamburguesas de legumbres, legumbres, soya texturizada, etc.) Además de incluir estas opciones en los demás puestos (por ejemplo que existan hamburguesas vegetarianas).
Si eres vegetariano o vegano recomiendo llevar tu proteína porque hay muy pocas opciones.
El resto súper bien.
