Algunos camareros en el buffet Poseidón nos trataron de mala gana, todo lo contrario a Domingo que estaba siempre atento y con una buena sonrisa, los chicos del bar de las piscinas del palace y la Secret son del 100, en cuanto a la habitación teníamos cucarachas en la cama, los baños estaban regularmente limpio, por lo demás bien.

The workers acted extremly miserable , as i got a trolley i would get answersed as if i was bothering them . In addition the food got me and wife sick on the first night and didnt have an enjoyable meal until our last day at the mexican restaurant. Felipe lied to us saying he was going to take us the beach and tour the hotel with us to show us around when in reality this was a lie and scheme to upsell us into getting a time share . Furthermore the clubs and extremly boring with the same even happening in each place where they had a female singer do cover songs that sounded miserable. Our room had uncontrollable a.c and when we had asked a villa worker he told us to open the windows so let warm air in and counter the a.c . Several locations in our room was infested with black mold and other molds . The shower had mold in several areas and the vents were filthy with so much dust and several spots had exposed dry wall and chipped paint .for what i paid i never coming back

One thing about this property is there’s multiple hotels on it and you have to wait for golf carts to pick you up to get anywhere or walk, sometimes far. Calebe was amazing and made my experience there one that makes me want to go back, I didn’t have to walk miles :)
The only thing is the buffet food, not the best at any of them. Didn’t get to try the restaurants there.
The adult pool is open until midnight, I spent most of my time there at the swim up bar.

Restaurants needing Reservations food is horrible except for the japanese other than that i would stick to the buffet

The grand palladium Bavaro hotel added non existing purchase payments on our bill and the staff even threatened us when we complained. We paid extra room upgrades fee and we don’t have any upgrades compared to our other friend’s payment degree .
