Excellent service. People working there were always very helpful whenever assistance was needed. Food was tasty, and the room we booked (suite with swim out) was awesome.
The place is very big, so be aware that there will be quite a bit of walking to get to the lobby (where most restaurants are). When getting ready to leave, you can ask for the bellboys to get the baggage with you back to the lobby in one of the golf cars that they use to move around.

The customer service was really lacking… simple things that could be resolved over the phone required a trip to the lobby (late checkout, dinner reservation, issues with our TV). The wait for drinks was long, both in line at the bars and poolside. Tipping made no difference in service. The food was not good, in our opinion. Quite a few restaurants but they were all disappointing. The beach is beautiful but we couldn’t ever find open seating. Loved the pools and the lazy river. The resort seems to be tailored for families with young children (which is awesome) but was not the best for a couple.

This resort is a very nice and clean. The rooms are nice but they do have smell from the humidity. I would recommend it to anyone to go there. The only thin in our room we didn’t have hot water in the shower for 2 days and it was lukewarm. But still not fun to shower in. I complained every day and I talk to 4 different employees and all said the same thing we will send someone up. After not getting anything done I went to guest services and he said the same thing and I asked what they could do for us. He told me he would let know and send us a message but guess what nothing! So everyone I talked to lied and nothing was ever done about the water or or sending someone to check it out! Other than that we enjoyed the stay.

The resort is very nice with lots of great options for children and restaurants, bars and pools. Food was ok to good depending on what you ordered. Some things were very salty. Beach is nice. Service was spotty. Staff is friendly but understaffed at some restaurants. Housekeeping was subpar. Failed to refresh towels, didn’t even come to the room one day.

My family stayed for five days/four nights and had the best time! It was our sixth time in Punta Cana (we pick a different resort each time) and Royalton Bavaro is the best we have ever stayed at. The food and cocktails I are amazing, the room comfortable, and the entertainment lively. There were fresh shrimp, lobsters and oysters on some nights, which we love. Staff is warm and professional. There is a beach party on Thursdays with a DJ and everyone wears white. It was a blast! The lazy river was so fun too, and the beach has no sea****, which has been a problem on two other visits. Overall, I highly recommend Royalton Bavaro. You won’t regret it.

Loved everything about the property. Staff was excellent. HOWEVER, we notified the property in advance regarding our flight delay due to the weather. Although, we paid for 3 full nights. We only got to stay for 2. Although, all parties involved were notified. We had to find another reservation for our last day, off the property, or pay double. Reservations department would not allow us to stay for all the nights we booked.

We had a lovely stay at the Royalton! My boyfriend and I went for a relaxing weekend in the sun and got exactly that! There were many activities for kids as well if anyone wanted to come as a family. There is no need to leave the resort being there are multiple options for food and drinks! Nightlife was relatively quiet, but that is what we wanted.

Best hotel in Punta Cana room was amazing the service great i can’t say anything wrong about this hotel the food was really good everything was so clean the guys in the bar super friendly we really enjoyed our time there
