Great hotel and great staff!
The rooms are on floor forty of Orbi city block and has wonderful views of city and sea.
It’s very quiet and clean and has all of what the 5star hotels have!
Garaj club and batumi mall and beach are near to property.

Just love it here! The hotel is amazing, beautiful and located just steps from the beach, shopping and dining! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very good location (few minutes walk to the sea). Stunning view from 40th floor balcony. Fully equipped and a lot of choices in mini bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. Visited it in 2nd part of the March, so it was a little bit to cold, but solved it by warming AC.

Самый беспардонный обман гостей! На ведущем агрегаторе забронировала 2х местный номер (в описании номер соответствовал нашим требованиям к проживанию - наличие дивана для второго гостя). Дорого, ну, да, ладно! Отправила запрос в отель о стоимости доп. Комплекта белья. Ответ поразил: «мы можем поселить вас в 3х местный номер» доплата +30%. Планировали поездку между Каспием (Баку) и Черным морем (Батуми). В процессе сбора информации выяснилось, что сухопутная граница между странами закрыта и вернуться на машине из Грузиии в АЗ не получится. Пришлось отменять ранее оформленные брони, в т.ч. и эту. И что же вижу?! Отеллер в одностороннем порядке поменял описания номеров, их оформление и наполнение. Т.Е. забронированный номер абсолютно не соответствует первоначальным требованиям! Слов нет - одни эмоции «А что так можно было?!»

Отель на 40 этаже здания Орби , народу очень много в лобби, локация хорошая , номера норм , вид с балкона шикарный , Матрасы в меру жесткие , подушки хорошие - спать удобно. Заселили быстро , по просьбе сразу дали доп кровать , твинов как нам сказали нет. Только большая кинг или куин кровать. Это были плюсы. Минусы - уборку делают только когда вешаешь табличку на ручку двери , воду ставят в номер когда вспомнят или по просьбе «дайте воду» Завтраки по мне чуть дорогие по цене 30 лари с человека (10.1 $) внизу в кафешках дешевле и кофе с кофемашины, а не растворимый. В целом все норм. Нам нравится !
