It's not easy to drop off your luggage when you arrive, because there's absolutely no space to park anywhere near the hotel, ever. The location is central, easy walking to everything. Strangely, most of the hotel's signage says "Salvador", not "Elegance". The guys at reception are really friendly and helpful. I got room 602, which was very much a modern standard-style room : just large enough, with double bed, small desk and wardrobe. The bathroom is rather cramped, but with generous shower and very basic toiletries. Everything looked new and clean. A good size TV with hundreds of channels, but only a few in English. Very good wifi. My room had a balcony, but the view was not too exciting. They had a great breakfast room, well lit and good seating ; a decent size buffet, but no fresh juice or egg station. Overall, Elegance offers good value for money and represents a standard 3-star hotel.

The location is ok The hotel and the rooms are clean The room and bathroom facilities are weak and insufficient The breakfast is not ok and is poor Summary: This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It could be named 3 star. P.S: The hotel name is written Hotel Salvador from the outside but inside the lobby you see Hotel Elegance!

The hotel is brand new, but styled to look like an old building. We stayed in a spacious room on the 6th floor with a view to the street in front of the hotel. The street is a bit noisy, but closing the balcony door and turning on the AC solved this problem. The room is very clean, and the bathroom is sparkling. The hotel staff changed towels and tidied up the place every morning (when we were out). Breakfast is excellent, and contains a variety of sausages, cheese, bread, vegetables, and fruits. The coffee is great, however there were no dairy-substitute options. The staff was helpful in providing useful information about the hotel and the city in general. Very much recommended!

Let’s get the bad things out of the way first - breakfast is terrible. I have not seen anything like it in any other hotel in my life. The location is among old Soviet buildings which is not nice. On the other hand, staff is helpful, rooms are very tidy, modern and cleaned daily, AC works very well. We found out that all of this combined is a rare thing in Georgia so we are happy with our stay and 4* rating is adequate. Don’t be expecting European 4* though :) Liked our stay overall

We spent 15 days in this hotel and it was really nice weeks. Thank you for your attitude, service quality and delicious breakfast. Team on reception desk is very polite and responsive, definitely we will visit this hotel again ❤️

отель не большой , приятный , с лифтом , бассейном и сауной , расположение хорошее , от моря метров 500 , вокруг много кафе, ресторанов , магазинов , можно дойти пешком до Али и Нино 2 км примерно, сам отель в принципе нормальный , все пишут поо ковралан в пятнах , действительно он в пятнах из за этого впечатление конечно портится , сам номер не большой , очень странный шкаф, мало вешалок, и много полок по мне так бесполезных , так все исправное работает, номер убирают каждый день , есть халаты и тапочки, завтрак нормальный , хотелось бы кофе конечно с аппарата а не растворимый, так все понравилось персонал помогает , если есть какие то вопросы , а вообще Грузия понравилась , приеду еще
