We got this booking very last minute because the hotel
that we booked called & told us that their hotel is fully booked. So I made a decision & took the risk to choose this hotel for our short vacation. To my surprise, the room was spacious & the best things was the smart TV. WiFi was good & the room was better than expected. Check In/Check out was fast & efficient. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Friendly staff, great location with lots of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Towels are old, the tv is not smart tv as what I see from photo.

It's convenient, close to the ferry. Food and drinks are very close-by. Pretty much a walking distance to everywhere.
The room is spacious but one downside, the room is not very clean and it isn't soundproof.
But overall is cheap and value.

Every time I come check in, always need wait so long. 1 person check in need 30min -45min per person. My food from hot become cold. lol

Just beside Harbour Bay Batam Ferry Terminal (2mins walk). Near to Nagoya Hill Mall (10mins by car). Recomended to stay.

Location is good, restaurant, convenience stores, massage shops all around the hotel. Harbour bay ferry terminal come out only walk 30sec then reach hotel.
Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I booked queen room without breakfast and arranged at level 9. Room size quite suitable for 2 people. From my room can see MBS(SG), nice view at night. Water pressure strong got hot water, aircon temperature ok. Overall is good, except hygiene need to improve and maintain. The wallpaper is yellowed and the curtains are moldy and damaged but still usable. Pillows are moldy and the bed sheet and the pillows case are obviously stained and not cleaned.informed reception and they change it for us in few minutes (quite efficient). White bath towels are turned grey, stained and not cleaned. Wash basin yellow watermark. Food no comment, didn’t try.
