The staff is friendly, but the room is a bit unclean, especially the bathroom.

Only 1 person at check in, she was at lunch so we waited 20 minutes to get our room. We arrived at 6pm after 8 hours of driving.
Very clean great breakfast.

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of places I wouldn’t stay again but I’m actually looking for what other locations I can find Holiday Inn and Suites. Only issue I had was the jacuzzi wasn’t working. Other than that very nice place to stay and the staff was super friendly. Would easily stay again

Great place to stay . We stayed twice this trip. Close to great outlets & Food places. Breakfast good and Bed & pillows very comfortable.

The pool was not heated. The bubble of the hot tub was broken. The water was full of dirt. The shower in the room was awful, no pressure or cold although tuned to the maximum. Needs more maintenance and updates. It’s so unfortunate to stay there and feel sorry to employees who work hard at there.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast selection was nice, too. The king room was a nice amount of space for my husband and I plus two dogs. Area felt safe, too.

Friendly and helpful staff (same goes for the other Holiday Inn that is the wrong one, one stop light down... they were very nice in directing me to the correct hotel where my reservation was... LOL )... Place was in good shape, great breakfast. Only down side was a room full of other guests near my room whose only means of communication with each other at 11pm was shouting loudly at each other... but, dang, you can't blame the HOTEL for that! They did finally shut up...
